Thanks! That makes it easy. Although the price for a 1/64 car is quite steep. I do love everything else about it though. Hmmmm.

The web exclusive might explain the steeper price a bit. But for some strange reason it’s found on JP online shops tho.

Yeah not in the price range of the traditional hot wheels

It’s ripe for customising into a 001 with skull or kite decals for roy’s ride....

Yeah, 3-4 or more times the price of Tomica 1/64 cars and around the same price as 1/43 Autoart and other high end cars I have. Still want it but not sure I can justify that value.

Vintage? Nice.

Yes sir!

I have been on a kick to collect everything from 1982–86.

With exception to the USS Flag and TTBP, I would say I am now done.

Cool!

I still have all my vintage including WHALE, MOREY and a bunch of other vehicles. I think I might have shared some photos here and even have the boxes for a lot of them.

Does that mean you have a Defiant or are looking to get one? Someone recently found a near complete one on the side of a curb and basically hit the jackpot!

No. The Defiant is 1987.

I had the major play sets and found them boring as they really don’t move and you have to by more vehicles to dress them up.

Ha, didn't notice your date cutoff. I was about done in 86 back then too. Would have loved a Terrordrome but never got one.

The Terrordrome is an amazing play set. I think I have about 10 TeleVipers just to man it.

The best part of own it, is that my son still likes to play with it. Here he is having a crossover battle of Macross vs GI Joe.

I swear my hobby desk really gets some serious use.image.thumb.jpeg.4f52f0115ed47c5baecce85529a3f4b7.jpeg

What a classic matchup! I may have had that exact same scenario play out with those toys he has in his hands.

Must bring back some amazing memories.

I am just so fortunate that my kiddos have loved playing with these toys and continue to do so.

That’s awesome and one of the reason I’ve kept my entire collection from when I was a kid. Everyone I dig out another box of old toys my kids say, “how come toys back then were so much better?” :D

I envy you @Mommar. I actually missed the PO for that. :(

How was it? Would you consider it's the ultimate Spawn figure?

So I haven’t bought any Macross stuff in a while but have been looking lately. I came across a sale locally that I couldn’t pass up. A 1/60 Yamato v2 Hikaru Strike. One of the shoulders was broken but I ordered replacement parts from shapeways. All in it set me back $200 CAD...pretty good deal I think. This is my first v2 and it’s really nice. A little tricky to transform though. Might be buying a few more. Lol.

I don't recall them ever having it as an option... Sure would have been convenient over the last year. I used to buy a lot from them but I haven't made a purchase since the pandemic.

I bought couple items from Sahra mandarake few days ago and once again...

DHL Express is majorly dropping the ball not being able to deliver my package

when I am home all day....

Now, I am hoping DHL dumbass don't send back my package back to Mandarake...

I also did the same thing as well for a unofficial HT 1/6th figure using DHL @burnout6 for shipping. Since I'm located North of the 49th Parallel, I also get reports of Custom Fees/Duties well.

Sign up for DHL delivery notices @BroTaku79 when you get stuff from Manda. That's how kept track of my Yammie 1/60 VF-11b from getting lost or stolen by porch thieves once it's gets dropped off.

I have DHL notification but that isn't the issue...the problem is DHL driver saying delivery exception two times when I was home all day...

these drivers are lazy and they don't even want to input a gate code to open the gate of my apartment...on top of that DHL system is just

broken period.  After two failed delivery attempt, I had chosen to have my package delivered at one of DHL's service point location and even

that failed as I got a notification stating incorrect address delivery exception...like how does that happen when I chose service point specified by

DHL system.  So now, I had to get on the phone for an hour with dumbass DHL and had to get the package routed to DHL delivery hub center

before these morons try to send the package back to Japan... I am not even confident about having to have this routed to DHL hub center as DHL morons

are fully capable of messing this one up too..

DHL is the only carrier that I had problems with, no fedex, no UPS, and no USPS errors.

Hmm...

I seem to recall someone having the same issues with DHL as well somewhere here in these threads (don't know which one exactly).

Very nice impulse! Wished that would have been available in my youth or I had the space for displaying now.

Hello fellow Macross fans and lovers,

I just thought I would peek in to say hi and see if any new toys have been announced, recently released, or coming out soon.

Also, I just wanted to announce the highly anticipated future release of "Valkyria the Kitten", coming late 2021.... all going well.

Anyways, please stay safe and healthy everyone!

Love,
