mqvu
I was just wondering if anyone knows if we'll be seeing any toy reissues from Yamato or Bandai in celebration of the Macross 30th Anniversary in 2012. Specifically, I'd really like to see reissues of the Yamato 1/60 VF-1S with super & strike parts, the Bandai 1/60 YF-29, and perhaps some Bandai joke machines too I know all those could be found on eBay, but at ridiculously high prices
Shin Densetsu Kai 7.0
I HOPE we get the 1/55 Strike Valkyrie, Super O and ELINT. 1/55 is still my favorite VF-1 toy design. Takatoku rules. The aforementioned Strike Valk was teased for the Origin of Valkyrie line but wasn't released(image was shown at a toy show a few years back). Guessing it was planned then canned once sales didn't do well.
1/1 LowViz Lurker
30th anniversary valk should just be a 1/48 vf-1J with all the extra articulation of the 1/60 plus a gunpod that can act as a cigarette lighter. You get as an online exclusive the giant cigarette used by the zentradi who had it lit by a valk lighting it up with the gunpod. I used to have a full set off them once.
treatment
Ya never know. Maybe Bandai will finally reissue the 1/55 Strike-Hikaru, as well as the 1/55 Super-O and Elint. Maybe even reissue the old 1/55 GBP and 1D/M&M from their magical Takatoku vaults somewhere.
Lolicon
A YF-29 reissue would be nice, as I have no desire to drop a car note on one.

Uxi
All I hope is Yamato will release some unassembled 1/60 VF-1 in low viz gray color. Hell yeah! 1A and 1J heads in the same package would be dope. I'd probably get 3 Yawn...reissues...let's get something new...like a 1/3000 TV SDF-1. And this! I still want a hybrid of DYRL and SDF (mostly DYRL design and detail with TV arms and TV colors). Include the ARMD's as originally intended. kanedaestes
I think that comment had more to do with someone saying they wanted something new this year instead of reissues.
Rusty
Xcuse, my feeling it was a new model on my collection, and i want a couple of reissues: a new scheme of a SV-51 and a low viz 1j
Dobber
At one point, I believe Yamato was considering doing an SV-51 like my custom (see my sig. below) but it never panned out. I don't think the SV-51 sold very well. I would've loved to have seen a production of my splinter custom. Chris

Jasonc
I'd love to see a reissue of the 1/60 VF-1 Max and Milia w/ super parts. They should also do a 1/60 Minmay guard, and as someone else said, a 1/60 Low-vis 1A.

A REAL SDF-1 TV version, not some bastardized DYRL?/TV version, that won't cut it. -Kyp Edited January 1, 2012 by Kyp Durron

Ghost Train
Not a reissue... but maybe a 1:1 scale battroid... make it transformable to 1-up the "actual-scale" Gundam they made for the 30th anniversary .
Tking22
Honestly I need a new 1/60 VF-1D V2.
Graham
A new toy and not a reissue, but the new VF-25S renewal version has the 30th Anniversary logo on the box (see the VF-25 toy thread for pics). Graham
miriya
A bandai 1/55 (chunky monkey) VF-1D would be a pretty spectacular 30th Anniversary item. Afterall it is the first VF-1 we see transform in SDFM. Edited January 13, 2012 by miriya
