Thom
Was kinda hoping it would be live action. That would rock! Still, I'll take a peak when it's out.

Dangard Ace
Hmmm. Gives off an Avatar-ish vibe with that face. Wasn’t the biggest HeMan/SheRa fan but I’ll give the first few episodes a shot.
no3Ljm
Yup. That drawing reminds me of Aang.

Dynaman
Are you sure that isn't a missing still from Dragon's Lair up there (I looked for an exact match for the sword pose but could not find one)

Old_Nash
And finally full design (bad quality) pics XD https://www.comicbookmovie.com/he-man_and_the_masters_of_the_universe/first-look-at-she-ra-from-the-upcoming-netflix-princesses-of-power-animated-series-a162106
David Hingtgen
Not 1/10 as a bad as the new Thundercats, but not half as good as I was hoping/expecting. Odds of watching it just sank 90%.
GabrielV
Somehow I had gotten the impression this was going to be a live action series. The images above look like most every other American superheroish cartoon has for the past 30 years, particularly those attached to DC properties. Which, I suppose is better than Thundercats Roar at least. For myself... not interested anymore.
Negotiator
Yaaaa... I'm not digging the designs now that we have these shots. Maybe I'll watch ep 1 and see if its better in execution...maybe....

Mazinger
Well the original art style owes a lot to the rotoscoping methods that filmation used as a mean of maximizing reuse of cells and minimizing design costs. A holdover from their Lord of the Rings efforts, which lended it self just fine to mass producing toys. Im fine with this as long as we get good stories. Especially if it leads to her finding out about her family. In fact, at the moment I have more confidence in this than in the announced Goyer script for the He-man movie. Knight26
The animation style is a stepdown from Voltron IMHO. But we will really need to see it in motion. I like that they appear to have given She-Ra a proper breast plate, if fabric covered, but why not give her thigh armor, greaves and additional arm armor then? technoblue
This is not the meme you're looking for, Old_Nash. I like Voltron, so I'm willing to give this a shot and see where it goes. I wasn't really into He-Man or She-ra when I was a kid so I don't have much vested into that classic toon look.

David Hingtgen
Watched trailer, but can still never ever un-see “Ben 10 with a blonde wig” in every frame. First time someone pointed it out, I was blown away by how spot-on it was.
Duymon
Dammit now I can't unsee Ben 10 in drag either.

Mazinger
I've been looking forward to this. More so than ever in-coming He-Man movie that David Goyer scrambled up a treatment for. At least this has JMS behind it. If you haven't seen the Netflix 'Power of Greyskull' documentary and are a fan of MOTU, I recommend it. tekering
Man, this could've been an American Sailor Moon, but it's turned out to be Ben 10 in drag.

Given how Dreamworks knocked it out of the park with Voltron, it would be fun if they can get another solid hit with this show. And I couldn't help but smile seeing the tentacle princess in the second trailer.
Knight26
Non-sensical armor design, absurd sword design, character artwork all leaves room for improvement. Probably going to be a hard pass unless reviews are good.
slaginpit
hahahaa By the power misandrist pink skull I become HE RA full of soy and a lot of xxbywqzandsomethingsometing I could no longer let my kids watch voltron no thanks to show producers to add their dash of SJW cast to make sure they needed to add the .1% in there that wasnt necessary And my daughter laughed and said. I kid you not, who is the guy with the long blonde hair ahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahaha oh thanks for the laughs suckflix. I saw over the weekend Family Guy really did a number on Suckflix. Oh boy did they ever. Edited November 5, 2018 by slaginpit
jenius
So they introduced a gay character and you told your kids they couldn't watch the show any more? Never... Ever... Let them go to college.
