Although blocked by the SDF-1 toy, you can see the word "Fever" on top of the SDF:M logo in the background poster. Hence it's an ad for the pachinko game. I agree, but I don't think/hope that the one shown is anywhere near final... there's no paint apps on it other than the dark grey and those could very well be molded in color.
