31A was just strike one for NY, I'd give them more chances but they list things at random hours so it's rare I secure sought after preorders from them.

Yeah, people weren't sure. There were only a couple store pages up (though both claimed 6pm), and the others wouldn't go up until the actual preorder time, and previous preorders started at 4pm, so...
