Always felt the armor pieces shld have warning labels on em, since they do explode!

Must be a case of wrong machine translation with using the correct pin. They got it right with the vf-1 kits and there were no QC problem (as I know) for the retail ARMOR parts.

This is more for the folks who want to customize their armor or like that black color. I guess it's less hassle to have it unassembled to paint then then build then trying to take apart the completed version.
Jasonc Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Like most here, I want it, but with the VF-1J M&M coming, 1/3000 SDF-1, SV-51 redesign, and so on, it's really hard to put this in the mix of so many things on the horizon. Maybe some overtime can fit it in, but not anytime soon. By the time I have extra money, Christmas will be here.

The Reactive Armor is really that big. Using a 1/72 part would look really small. Also, the missile pod hatch used on that custom looks closer to the DX than the 1/72 kit version.
