    It is good to see ThreeZero is planning a whole wave, not just a one off to see how it goes. After getting their Eva and Shin Getter 1 I definitely want to check out the VF-1J.

    I'm not too fussed about the colors not being spot-on. Gosh, it took this long for us to get them at all. I'm happy.

    Yeah, the end of the promo reel was that trailer... So we got that full fight scene, and then we got the trailer that was using the footage piecemeal.

    I don’t know about a 1/48 battroid. Maybe 1/72 though. I’m hoping Max Factory does one though since they really like the anime looks.

    I knew I heard Bastion’s voice from somewhere else! He’s the same voice actor for Hector from Netflix Castlevania. Clearly, the X-Men need to rethink their strategy and find a gothic, loli honeypot to take him down. 😉

    Well choreographed fight scenes will be fun to watch. We'll see about the plot. "Keep it simple , stupid" might be a helpful mantra for some of the writers.

    Nice pic showing the great articulation Pose+ is known for.. This sells it even more for me somewhat. Though I can't help feeling JJ appears to be the main star of this toy package lol. Many of the poses he's been put in look to put other established figure-centric lines to shame.

    Yamato's 1/60 kinda did the long leg thing. I'm assuming Hasegawa will do the YF-21 (hopefully) in 1/48 , now that Omega One is getting more love from Bandai.

    Yeah, that's really weird, those lower legs on the two versions do not look anything alike. I'll just call them the "red stripe" versions, and they look much thinner. Markings aside, the darker part near the toe has a completely different width, giving it a much shaper angle, and the portion just above the knee joint is much thinner where it attaches to the hip. Also, the lip around the edge of the toe looks thicker, and some of the panel lines in the lower leg are entirely different, stopping with a panel line cut crosswise over the front of the ankle, rather than ending into the gray portion above the ankle.

    So... I just got back from the 25th Anniversary re-release of The Phantom Menace and got to see the promo reel they had for The Acolyte after the film. The promo reel was... All in all, pretty to look at but not very substantial. It's not enough to give a real impression of the series proper but it doesn't give me much hope for the show's writing.
