    If only Takatoku implemented these details into the final toys. The red and blue landing gear covers always seemed strange. Also the head lasers could have been color matched to each respective 1J for Max and Milia.

    Paint is almost done. I like all the weathering that came with just the brush painting portion of the process. I also did a small amount of preliminary damage with fine grit sandpaper buffing to some areas along with a few slices with a file. Now It’s time for decals, to then more weathering/chipping and then painting the detail parts like lenses and any touch ups. I am unsure as of now if I’ll top coat it? I should be getting that 1:35 animal set delivered today so I will be making a small diorama stand. I have never done before so any advice is welcome. Might just go in the backyard and get some dirt and tiny wood pieces and use good old Elmer’s white glue.

    I'm only a TF dilettante, but I caved on the Void Rivals Jetfire mainly for the o-ring (Joe-ring?) figures. I mean, Jetfire is cool too. But I might pawn him off on my friend who is more of a TF fan than I. I also recently bought both Missing Link Lambos due to Lambo FOMO. I love the Countach, and Sunstreaker was the first ever transforming car toy, so I kinda had too. And I want to support the Missing Link line out of hope for eventual Seekers and Fairlady Zs.

    Yes! And much like the Sentinel Riobot, I'll drop everything I'm doing to get to it. I haven't preordered one yet though... tough to judge who would be able to ship it to me the quickest.

    Imai is one of those older companies that had some pretty great sculpt to begin with for that age. It took Bandai a long time to catch up, and even when they started getting better, they just used Imai’s old kits instead of making their own

    Aha. Thank you. Is this for Metal Robot or Metal Build? This is great. Thank you. Yeah, the Metal Builds I missed out are quite expensive on secondary. Will wait for eventual re-releases. Metal Robot has my attention as I prefer the smaller scale and lightness on the wallet, but Gundam designs that interest me yet there.

    Amazon Japan fully charged me up front the last time I ordered from them, and I remember folks had said subsequently that is now standard practice for them, unlike Amazon US.

    Plamoholic once again knocks another old Imai Valkyrie kit out of the park. He uses Kotobukiya's minus molds and Wave's H-Eyes along with implementing ball joints to make this kit look great.

    anybody here preordered the HMR VF-0S with Ghost last night from amzn-jp? https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B0FKM5GR26 if so, did you get charged right away or not? Just wondering since I've read some TFW2005-members got charged right away when preordering Takara TFs (MP, MPG, Missing Links, etc). I haven't preordered from amzn-jp for a long time now.

    I know that it says that XOAS is so cash strapped and that at one point in the series, they don't have enough money to buy ammo for their VF-31's, but on the other hand they are on a Macross class ship (Macross 1/2) or whatever the class designation. That cannot be a small investment. The also have at least 4 of these things, plus all the VF-31A/B Kairos squadrons. So, I wonder how much the being cash strapped is a true statement. Twich
