Then obviously, you violated an IP of whomever sent you the C&D. Actually the director already knows. But BW is also behind this. Insider. Process is still onging. Was confirmed to me by the people on the Valkyrie Project.Details still coming. In Tommy statement he says they..HG and him are surprised by it. That Big West can go after macross related fan films. I guess since they not covered by the legal rights. Just me saying. All this is new to me and everyone. Why I think Tommy passed the buck to Kevin since he might know more. Big West is behind this. Thats the 3rd party. Everyone is quite about it since its still going on. So we just got to wait and see. Valkyrie Project is coperating with the C&D. But if he knew, why did the cameraman even have to ask on video? First they say it was HG, now it's BW who sent the C&D. Make up your professional minds already. All Creavision has to do, is show the C&D. If there is one, it would say who it's from. What gives them a credibility issue, is that they're the ones blaming one company, then the other. I think they're trying to stay in HG's good graces, but either way, they're playing a game with everyone, and not being straight with anyone. Whomever the C&D came from that's who it came from. Question solved. I'm going to officially bow out till there's something substantial with this. At this point, I couldn't careless what happens with this project. I've lost respect for the group who did this fan project, and since I've already lost all respect for the staff at HG long ago, there's no change there in them or their mark fans trying to dodge this thing a possibly put it on a third party. Then start deleting/hiding the conflicting statements. If they can't figure out who to blame and won't show proof, where after this much time has elapsed I would question anything they post, then that by itself says something.
