    says someone who doesn't understand flight test. The first tests for this will be taxi and tow tests on the flight and hanger decks, it will still be a while before they fly the bird off the deck, or land it for that matter.

    Wow it has been a while since I updated this, need to get back on this now that I have finished the book rewrite. If you are interested head on over to the facebook page and leave a comment or two. I will start back onto the designs soon now that the writing is done and I get into the editting process, assuming my laptop lets me.

    I will call you out on for this series just because it was established in the regular series that the Galactica was on its way to retirement and had most of its armor and weaponry removed. All that was left was the stuff that couldn't be easily removed beforehand and still keep it combat ready. More than likely a lot of those weapons we see now were replaced with newer ones that were not as obvious on the hull.

    Interesting read, it is much more of an one the nose prequel, and not a new franchise starter like Prometheus ended up being. Honestly I think I preferred it to what we got.

    ACtually that mech suit is based on current developments, though I imagine a fully operational version would probably have more armor on it

    Preach on brother, much as I might like to play the later Halo games, I'm not going to buy a system to play just a handful of games. I'll just watch the cutscenes on youtube and that will be enough I guess. Honestly Microsoft and 343 are shooting themselves in the foot by cutting off PC gamers like this, it is a slap in the face, and why I won't buy their games anymore.

    No New England already has a shuttle with Discovery at NASM, the only New England facility to deserve one. New York had Zero to do with the shuttle program, so they do not deserve, nor did they earn the damn thing. Meanwhile, Houston, the home of mission control gets jack in terms of shuttles, only getting a museum display mockup and not a real shuttle, that is BS. Houston deserved a shuttle, earned a damn shuttle. Sheol, the navy even offered to deliver the Enterprise to Galveston Bay on the freaking USS Freaking Enterprise, how Gorram epic would that have been. Instead a bunch of freaking New Yorkers get it, that is BS. Even Edwards offered to take Enterprise, since well gee, it's the only place it ever flew. Any other museum out there that offered deserved it more.

    Interesting, will wait for DVD. And is it just me or do the fighter jets look like a cross between F-18s and MiG-29s or is it just me? Also I get what you're saying, worked on many a carrier, all but two I believe, when I worked for the Navy on the RAM launchers.

    So what are the chances that the Mass Effect Trilogy pack will include all the DLCs 1 and 2, the free ones for 3 at least, and a graphics upgrade for 1 and 2 as well? My personal preferance, and I know some people will flame me for this, would be update all three to the ME3 engine, at least graphically if not gameplay wise, keeping the hacking, decrypting and exploring mini-games in 1.

Build it with eight wheels and a turret and you've got Tank Police Ok might need some cat girls too, but I'm sure some cosplay coeds would be willing to help.

    Well would the Concorde ahve been any better of a choice, I don't think so. Looking at the silohette though it looks liek they might be trying to at least turn the underneath kibble into something, it almost looks like an armed parasite, but I could be wrong. The SR-71 is just a hard bird to transform, and I think the best anyone has come to making a realistic transforming SR-71 like aircraft has been Macross with the VF-4, VF-14, and Varuta mechs. I don't think anyone would get too upset if someone did a beefier transforming SR-71 designed along those lines.

    No not that, more like they took some fan designs and used them in official or authorized works and did not give credit to the creators, stating that lucasfilm owns all fan created derivative works.

    Nice but there is a definite issue with where her torso meets her hips, the angle of her back is very odd and results in her looking like she is pregnant as a result with how her belly and back are both visible and with how much her torso constricts down as a result. The valks are spot on though, guess that shot answers the question about what happened to Max's VF-1A, or at least its head.
