I think all the "main" parts are printed. Stickers are just for tuning/customization options, like stripes etc. -

Deja vu. Figured I'd go for 3 - one for each mode: Car, Bot, Retirement Fund. Color me surprised. Maybe Mattel realized they left gobs of money on the table with the Prime release and decided to produce more units this time?- 17639 replies

Indeed. I can picture this being a sell out toy of the 90's. -
RIP Mr Redford.

I hate it when autocorrect goes hardcore

And of course it's still $425 Canadian on Amazon.ca. We hardly ever get any good deals up here. And nobody is willing to pay decent money for used or even sealed valks so I don't think they sell very well. Every time I try to sell a DX valk I end up giving up. Can't even sell them at a massive loss. And I can't really blame people, they are really not worth the $400+ we pay for them here.

Sorry , its been awhile. Basically, i have been having an allergic reaction that causes random welts and swelling in hands and feet. Had a test, no allergies found, no blood problems found. I still have no idea whats doing it. I know its not the resin, i havnt touched anything in months, for now everythings on hold. If i can return to this in the future im going to focus on the obscure flying craft only.

Looking a bit closer at the panel lines in the body right under the caution arrow and they appear exactly the same, just sized up for the new scale like the way Toynami did the Valkyrie from banpresto years ago. That would be a really wide panel line in 1/72

That does look nice! I'm interested to know the ratio of printed parts to stickers. -
Yeah, that's an absurdly similar-looking Spartan. I'd be interested in seeing a final comparison of the actual product with that promo, really. The only differences I can see are the baton-holding hand's wrist is slightly different (probably because it's a swapped part), and the curvature of the round hatch on the side of the torso looks more bulbous on the KC version, but it could just be lighting. The weirdest bit is that even some of the molding flaws along the assembly seams look identical. Just reminds me of that story about the crashed B-29 bomber that Russia reverse-engineered so hard that they reproduced broken bits and battle damage in the production aircraft.
