  2. Hobby Japan, has released new images of the Hi-Metal R B-ATM-03 FATTY... Lots of improvements can be seen including being able to open the belly to place the pilot also the legs have gotten lots of improvement! Nice hight comparison shot! Seems to be the internal structure!? Honestly looking a lot better than the previous prototype! 👍🏻
  3. Congrats on a happy ending to your long journey! They look fantastic! 😄 Regarding restraint, it probably helps that I've very little attachment to characters beyond the first season, as I lost interest in the show once S2 devolved into whim and frivolity, losing the more focused story arc and slightly more mature tone of first season. To this day, the first is the only season of the Sunbow toon that I own or have seen in its entirety. In Bruticus' case, I always liked the alt modes the best of any of the other combiners, with Devy a close second (b/c who doesn't dig construction vehicles?!) Ha, no pun intended! The ep that introduced Devastator was kiddie crack to me: robot dinosaurs❤️ And construction vehicles❤️ AND the construction vehicle dudes can combine into a bigger more badass robot!!!!❤️❤️❤️ We take the pure awesomeness of that moment for granted now, but back then, it was mindblowing. Anyway, I can't honestly remember watching any eps featuring Bruticus (From S2 onward I'd watch an ep of Transformers occasionally just for something to do, so I'd catch S2 or 3 eps here or there. Most S3 eps were so bad I'd get up and change the channel (back before we had remotes). Had Takara done a better job with the Aerialbots' alts, I probably would have favored those guys above the rest (always did like jets), but they sucked big time, as has pretty much every incarnation since due to everybody's trying to capture the blocky-bot-under-a-plane look instead of taking a more Macross approach or just working some engineering magic to create a svelte accurate jet that somehow unfurls into a blocky bot. They manage it with just about any other vehicle alt, but for some inexplicable reason, never planes, the coolest alts of all in my heavily biased opinion. On that note, I'd like to see what MMC would do with a team of Aerialbots given their penchant towards believable alt modes. If done well, I'd maybe have to reconsider.
  4. Today
  5. No connection with Wings of Desire, Faraway, So Close! and City of Angels XD
  6. $175 USD, But Now (which usually its wait for three months or otherwise)
  7. Do you sell the files online as well? Or only the kits? These are awesome!!!
  8. Something really funny to share! This is one of many reasons I LOVE her! She's not afraid to make joles about herself! She went to this studio and found out that the couch is the same color as her outfit! XD
  9. Hahahaha. Perfect post! Love the bright scheme.
  10. A Zentradi who has found Deculture!!
  11. I cast my vote!
  12. Good to know. Thanks for the info guys, appreciate it!
  13. Caught the latest episode last night... another frustrating disappointment from a series that seems to specialize in them. Eight episodes in, and the series really still has not done anything worthwhile with its main characters, its premise, or its setting. GQuuuuuuX's writers seem content to do the bare minimum with the main cast of Machu, Shuji, and Nyan. They seem to be far more interested in Steamed Hams-ing this other, vastly more relevant, interesting, and consequential story going on in parallel with GQuuuuuuX's story. No, we're not allowed to see it for ourselves... but they'll happily take anywhere from two to ten minutes out of every episode to have the Zeon secondary characters tell each other about it for the audience's benefit. A cynical person might get the impression that Machu, Shuji, and Nyan's story is an unnecessary addition because Studio Khara couldn't get Bandai Namco to agree to finance an anime based on a straight Gihren's Greed scenario.
  14. It’s fun seeing everyone playing around with Plamax lately
  15. A nineteen-year journey finally came to an end today. It began back in 2006, when Shoji Kawamori decided MP-3 Starscream should be a 1:72 F-15 Eagle. That established a robot height later matched by MP-9 Rodimus and MP-10 Convoy, and set the consistent Masterpiece scale we've been using ever since. TakaraTomy's glacial release schedule created a massive third-party market for MP-scaled figures, and almost every onscreen G1 character has seen multiple toy versions released in the last two decades... and, three years after "Medicus" was released, MMC has finally completed their Masterpiece Protectobots with "Ventus." Despite rising costs, fluctuating exchange rates, tariffs, and the global pandemic, they're the first to complete this iconic combiner team, and by extension, my Masterpiece collection... up to Season 2, at least. ☺️ Now if only MakeToys or FansToys or whoever would finish the Headmasters line... 🤨 I admire your restraint. 😛 I've long since filled whatever display space I could create, but that wasn't gonna stop me from buying MMC's best figures! 😅 Of course, I might not be as quick to pre-order a set of MP Technobots or Terrorcons going forward... 🤔
  16. The VF-1D has a different chest and head sculpt compared to the standard single-seat variants like the VF-1A, VF-1J, and VF-1S, which the Super Packs were designed for. That said, some collectors have experimented and found that parts of the Super Pack might physically attach to the VF-1D (like the leg and booster units), but the fit can be imperfect, and you may run into clearance or aesthetic issues, especially around the chest and head area. So, unless Bandai releases a dedicated Super Pack designed specifically for the VF-1D, it’s not a clean or officially supported fit.
  17. Nice! Just recently picked up the 19 add on parts but I need a YF-21.
  18. Go back in this thread, and Valkyrie Factory did tease a CF, as well as an Angel Bird. Haven't ever seen them though. They seem to have gone all in as Fugu here on the Jetfire.
  19. 5 designs are finalists, but only 1 will be produced---go vote! https://ideas.lego.com/blogs/a4ae09b6-0d4c-4307-9da8-3ee9f3d368d6/post/d955d940-972b-4401-b013-eb948fcb5a62 And if you're not sure, I highly recommend/request you vote for the carousel.
  20. Hopefully there’s still a next season. Seems that the viewers dropped off after they killed off the main character and there seemed to be a lot of hatred for the side character that took over. I still enjoyed the show and didn’t play the second game, so I thought the story was pretty good, even though I think killing Joel might’ve been a mistake. Not sure if making Abby the main character is a good choice or not. Hopefully we get a chance to see the next season though
  21. Well, season 2 is now behind us and it's looking the next round will be primarily about Abby. As for this season's finale...
  22. Not a Front Mission game, but it's pretty damn close: Tactical mech squad gameplay with an alternate 1970's war theater? Sign me up. It's like a love child between Front Mission and Ring of Red.
