So it looks like this is the companion release to the VF-25F Tornado Pack release. I really like the VF-27 and wish it were to get more spotlight. Can’t wait for the listings!

Revival 2.8 = Three hip screws and 3 shoulder screws

Revival 2.9 = Three hip screws and 3 shoulder joints + A bottle of Loctite that you bought yourself cause Bandai can't be a***ed to fix anything that's loose as hell. 

Revival 3.0 =  Loctite all the freaking screws and never ever do the transformation 

OR

Save the money and get something better than wasting money on a valk that breaks apart when you look it in a strange way (to some OCD collectors)

Does it even count between different valks? It's not like the design and molds are shared and the quality of the changes could be transfered like that.

Yes.  No but it's best to get an order in earlier than later.  Probably none because it's a TWE.

Ordered at Yoyakunow - the shipping matter was off-putting, but the customer service, follow-up, shipping speed, and overall experience was awesome. Hopefully, it wasn't because it was my first purchase there.

That is true, but I'm thinking more in broader terms since the 25,29 and 27 share the same engineering, and the 27 do have the exact same floppiness-over-time issues. Anyway, I'll just defer to what the community calls it down the road when referring to the different improvements (in reality, it's what @jenius will label them since his reviews will be the de-facto reference haha )

They still haven't added the missing hip-stripe (though it's sometimes there in sample pics, but never actual releases).   This time it's not even there on the promo pics.

Promo and instruction pics for Ozma had incorrect head colors that didn't carry over to the actual toy though. We don't know what Bandai actually gives us do until we see the final prodcuct lol. I'm snorting copiuous amounts of hopium and hoping that is the case with the sudden revelation of blue eyes and blue canopy right now. Not that I've even decided if I should get it yet.

I’m sure that Bandai will still leave some “Go Fast” decals, decals and more decals out  and that we have to fill in the missing gaps. 
 

Edit: Realistic speaking, why are spending big money on hobbies that we are hoping to make a profit but it decreases in price years later on (not like Lego or Arcadia valks).

Just want to be sure: Do I need to place an order now through one of the proxy sites, or will it for sure be available stateside? I know @sh9000 indicated the latter, but all I'm seeing is that it's TWE, which brings to mind items like the VF-31AX Super Ghost set, or Bogue's VF-31AX, neither of which saw release outside Japanese TWE IIRC.

Well, immediate past few TWE items like VF-25F Tornado, 25S Armored and Bogue's 262Hs were available for general release in US. So likely this will follow same hybrid sales model. But ordering direct from Japan have always been cheaper.

I didn't realize those were TWE. I stand corrected.

And of course with the links popping up I look like a fool and should have just been patient literally one day longer.

I kind of wish that somewhere would 3D print or offer the file for the small black piece that goes under the crotch plate to help hold it forward. Never understood why that didnt just become a default piece for the 25 series mold.
