    Episode 3 was less of a mystery for a detective and more of a just catch the bad guy. Not as many odd spots, but still just a basic episode kinda thing.

    Watched episode two today, it’s less odd in its characters this time around. I was a bit disappointed that events of episode one didn’t carry over and this one seems more like a standalone. The animation is very simplistic and sometimes it’s a negative and other times the simplicity helps with the feel of the show. The first confrontation that Batman has is kinda badly animated, while the second fight is a bit better. I’m still a bit in the fence with this show, but if you have kids , it’s fairly kid friendly. The stories are very basic and episode 2 still has bloodless kills. The mystery is extremely easy for an adult to see coming from a mile away, yet a younger audience might not catch on as fast and might be more interesting to them. There’s no drinking in this episode, so it makes for a more kid friendly episode than the first one. So far I’d say pg rated, bordering on pg 13. It kinda makes X-Men 97 feel like an R rated show in comparison, even though I’d still say that one is still a kids show as well It’s not a spectacular show, but I think a Batman fan or younger audience will appreciate this show, it’s just kinda too bad that it doesn’t really push the animation at all and the storylines so far are just as basic. It’s enough for me to check out another episode and hope it gets better, but it’s not bad so far, just kinda mediocre right now.

    That might make it interesting to see. Just gotta keep an eye out for the character with the pants pulled up way too high. also, he better blow something up and use his “did I do that?” Catchphrase

    They have medication for that these days the Hi Nv, nu , whatever has always been an interesting alternate version of the nu, Nv or whatever. Sorry, don’t have the proper font for that one. Anyway, it has stone interesting add ons for sure.

    I think the torohachi was a non scale kit and I’m not sure if it will be a similar scale to that , but I think I had seen 1/35 figures in them from some builds, but I could be wrong on that. I wasn’t able to get one yet since the ones from the actual gundam front stores had massive price increases, so I don’t have one of those to compare and it’s also possible these won’t be the same scale

    It’s one of those kits that is so different and cool that it should be a much easier to obtain standard release. I have a feeling it’s gonna be a tough one to get a hold of though since the Torohachi sold out so quickly on the U.S. p Bandai store and has yet to be rereleased. These would be super cool to either add weapons or use as industrial work units and customize in those ways. There’s lots of potential for great dioramas with these. I’d love to see someone try an aliens type of scene with the loader version, I think that would be hilarious

    Saw this angry chicken up for preorder at bbts.Pyroraptor in the Hammond collection. it’s not a favorite of mine, but looks kinda interesting. I may buy this one

    I think it really depends a lot on how well the knee bends, but I guess we’ll find out eventually. Personally as a guess I’d imagine the knee probably bends a lot better than that

    I’m a little iffy on this one after episode one. On one hand it does feel a lot like the older show, but still feels kidish even though there’s a few deaths. Still has a good feel in that sense, but on the other hand it feels like they’re trying really hard to check all the boxes, and while that’s usually not too bad , in this case it gets really weird. So Penguin is a gender swap, which is a kinda whatever thing on the surface, but her way of hiding that she’s a crime boss is that now she’s a burlesque dancer. But it’s weird because she’s absolutely unattractive in every possible way, yet everyone seems to have the hots for her. Kinda just odd. It’s definitely a weird start to the series. Hopefully it gets better because it really does have pretty good animation and voice work. But it’s pretty goofy so far. If they took out the bloodless killing and alcohol, it would basically still be a Saturday morning cartoon.

    Max Rebo was a rockstar, he probably had plenty of groopies of many races and a few were probably human.

    Had a similar shipping experience with just a few decal sets. They’re even thinner than a magazine, but came in a box that was surprising to me. At first I thought I forgot if I had ordered a kit or action figure or something, and it was just a lot of air and the decals shrink wrapped to a flat piece of cardboard. I had a little laugh about it

    I think that most of the people that are uninterested are mainly just turned off by the overall looks rather than the engineering. Personally I’m not as interested in toys an I am model kits, so that’s my reason for passing on it along with price.

    I definitely need these. I’m still hoping for a rerelease of the other petite mobile in the U.S. pbandai store since it sold out so dang fast. But personally I’d prefer these guys.

    I’m ok with just a sub, but I’ve probably said it before that if they had a decent dub cast then I’d probably choose that so I can keep my eyes on the action.

    If it’s good, I’ll just wait and see if it gets moved to a better service, I keep hearing P+ is getting sold and the story keeps changing for whose acquiring it and if shows will just go separate ways to different streaming services

    It’ll probably be a flop mostly because it’s on P+. I still don’t know anyone that’s subscribed.

    I’m not too worried about the kids, they’re probably cyber bullying already themselves, but on a serious note there is a chance it the decent. With the focus on a younger crowd, then they might not be stumbling over themselves trying to write a more adult story. A simple kids adventure might be just what’s needed and actually what Disney themselves used to be great at. I’ll keep an open mind on this one but won’t be disappointed if it’s another fail to add to the list
