    Wait, the hint says 'it's a 1:48 model' At that scale an SDF-1 model would be 25 Meters long! Somehow I don't thing anyone on these boards is THAT crazy.

Lead devs are aware that Ace Combat is beloved for walking a tight rope between realism, authenticity and arcade simplicity, ease of play.

    Another interestin question to ask is what comes first: the size of the Zentradi or the Size of the VF-1? Did Kawamori desing the VF-1 and then the alien race to fight those machines? Or was the opossite?

    Looking great, it’s definitely coming along. Is it the cat. They usually are the first at the high ledges If you have the design ms, you could try doing home made ones. I’ve seen a few YouTube videos of people making their own

    Man, that's beautiful. As much as I love 3D-printing, I wish there were more PE upgrade parts available for spacecraft conning towers, antennae, etc. At the moment, however, I have more Earthbound concerns... Guess what this metal framework is intended to support? Hint: it's a 1:48 model.

    An upgraded 1/55 would surely do well in this current market and paired up Supar Parts. Takatoku/Matsushiro really put a ton a great care effort into their creation the quality and engineering really shine throughout. Hopefully, one day Bandai will make it real. As for now I will remain content with this custom.

    I can now report ALL major parts of PE are completed for the Texas! The cranes were the last big hurtle! Also can report all quad 20mm guns are completed...seven parts a piece for those tiny little buggers...and..work now continues on the single 50 cals and more baskets! Pressing on! (Not pictured, work on the B.U.F.F. continues as well, got the engines built and on the wings this morning)

    Yeah, I don't think there's been any mass-market Gunstar. No toys, models, or statues. Just resin kits, 3D-printer files, and people selling the output from those 3D printer files.

Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia 21st Dec 2025. Spent the entire day attending his events and even after the movie, we had a LIVE Q n A session after the movie was over. Much better reception than in Singapore. We went for dinner and when we left after dinner - he was eating in the same restaurant! May'n had a small part in the movie. In the credits - announcer's voice at one scene.
