Skull Island was in the Mosnterverse so yes. I also read a part of the story takes place in the past, Kurt Russell plays his character in the "modern" timeline and his son Wyatt Russell plays the character in the "past" timeline. I'm excited, I've loved the Legendary Monsterverse movies, KotM and GvK were both great! I don't have AppleTV though, I'll definitely have to steal a sign-in from a friend whenever this drops. Subscription voucher has to be redeemed 1 year from purchase date. Sounds like a good deal! edit: I bought a 12 month voucher and will activate when the Monarch series starts. The show is well made however almost all the main characters are unlikable and there is barely any Godzilla or monster action. It's great to see Kurt and Wyatt Russell but they are carrying the most water for this series. The show is pretty good but the main 3 “young” people are so unlikeable. Kurt, Wyatt, and the Monarch nerd guy are the only people I like.
