Just an update on my situation. So FJ couldn't get a response from the seller so they are now requesting I send the 0D back at their expense and they will refund the full cost and shipping paid. Of course I'll be out on the import taxes. I may just take up the suggestions from you guys and request to keep the 0D instead.

I think it's worth it, just to save on the hassle, honestly.

You might still run into someone selling the PF Roy version down the road who'd take the trade, if you don't want to keep it.  The PF-0D is a real rarity for the series, so I can't imagine demand will really decrease unless they do a second issue.

I don't know if you think this applies to the Arcadia 0S. But I have three with Yamato Ghost's on them (one in each mode) and they have been 100% issue free. Granted, they have only been that way for 3ish yrs???

I did use a teeny tiny bit of Blue Tack in some key spots to keep everything shored up though.

Yes I have kept it. FJ offered a partial refund as well so it's all good. Now the hunt for 0S PF resumes.

I need help to identify this part of an Arcadia VF-0A that I got from Mandarake

Any ideas? Is it a broken part?

I'm guessing it's a screw cover of some sort, maybe from under the chest, or somewhere in the legs?

If it was listed as broken or something in those lines you might want to check the fuel tanks on the top of the fuselage. It seems to be one of the pegs.

Yes, I just find out it is a screw cover on one of the legs, thanks! I guess I didn't realized at first since I was like OMG, it is broken.

I've got a pair of Arcadia PFs, and a Yamato. Surprised they've gone back up so much after the Arcadia release.

I get the impression that the current prices of Yammie VF-0 Ghost bundles reflect the demand for the Ghost itself which Arcadia has seemingly refuse to make.. The standalone Ghost is even harder to come by these days.

Other than some VF-1S reissues, Arcadia is focusing on their 1/60 VF-5000. So far, no word or updates for anything from Mac Zero at this time.

This is quoted from the recent purchase thread where I posted getting a Yamato VF-0S.  Well I just opened said valk to transform and... What a hunka junk, so yeah, I think I'll be looking for an Arcadia.  Did Arcadia fix the floppy hands (and floppy gun grip), the front leg vents that pop off, the stupid hip interference so you can't move/pose the legs properly, and the flimsy shoulder joints that rely on spring tension of PLASTIC that's loosely screwed down in order to function properly?  Other than my 1/72 scale Yammie YF-21, I think this is the biggest POS I've gotten yet, so it's definitely a fighter only display piece.

But yes, Arcadia's mold fixed all the issues you mentioned. For the hips, Arcadia's have pull out joints, but the big caveat is that for the 0A & 0D, you might run into copies on which the hips might separate on you, so I think many owners do not even pull out those hip joints for fear of it happening. None of the 0S or the OD PF version have that problem though.

Yeah, I think the reason they redid the whole thing was because they were aware of the issues of the previous version. Just be aware of the hip issue that may exist in some early releases that @MKT mentioned. Also, the only complaint if any for the Arcadia VF-0 is it doesn't come with fixed pose hands so they do use the small articulated hands. I haven't had any issues with mine but would just look better if they included some options.

Yeah, I've been annoyed by the lack of fixed pose hands in some of my recent Arcadia purchases.  I'll have to look and see if there's any available for 3D print.  Does anyone know of them?  I wonder if I don't have something from other releases hanging about in my parts bins that might work if not an exact match.

Now if I can only find one for an acceptable price.  I saw one come up here in the for sale section, but I can't bring myself to pay $450 for a non-PF, so I think I'll just be patient for now.

I know some VF-1 hands done by @Kurisama and VF-4 hands by @Xigfrid found in Shapeways. Not sure if they're big enough 'visually' to use for VF-0. Hope these photos below helps.

I feel like I recall something about the DX VF-1 hands possibly fitting or easily made to fit the Arcadia VF-0? I could be wrong but that was the first option I thought of.
