Tochiro
From Wonder Festival today. Variable Action High Spec. Details TBA.
mechaninac
Now we're talking... as long as it's not something like those horrendously small and overpriced Palm Action toys.
Newtype78
This is exciting! I hope more details are revealed soon.

Hikuro
It's about time we got some new Orguss toys. Hopefully they wont go out of production and sell out so quickly!
EXO
Galvion toy is designed by TREX so maybe these Orguss toys will be the same... but most of their new non macross designs have been going to Sentinel and that Galvion was done a while back so who knows... Jasonc
I hope they make a great toy in 1/60 to indirectly go with the Macross toys.
eriku
Hell yes! Now I can forget about the one CMs showed a few years ago and never released.
Mechapilot77
so no prototype pics? at least its an announcement. hopefully the galvion figure sells so they will keep pursuing less well known franchises that deserved cool toys but never got them. i have the galvion figure on preorder actually. hopefully its not a dud. DarrinG
I would much rather the Orguss series DVDs with English subs. But maybe this toy line will spur on some interest and we could get that? ( I do not have great faith in Megahouse for anything complex )
technoblue
It's too bad the Anime Classics release was limited with an initial run of buggy DVDs. I would also welcome another general subtitle release on either DVD or Blu-ray. For now, I'm excited about the toy news. Megahouse has been doing a great job with the Yamato PVC figures. TMThor
I would love to see Orguss released on dvd all I had a while back was a few eps on a vhs

Black Valkyrie
I don't mind if they reissue the 80s one. Now we need some Legioss.

VF5SS
Why would you want a 1/60 scale Orguss? It's a lot smaller than a Valkyrie and would be around six inches tall at that scale.
mechaninac
1/60, despite the small size, would be nice because the mecha would be in scale with Yamato/Arcadia's and Bandai's Macross toys, and should mean a lower, more affordable, price point; however, 1/48 would be much better for increased detail, and go great with the old Yamatos of the same scale. Either way, I look forward to some concrete information, and pictures.
Mommar
Other then the fact that my parents knew my brother and I liked transformable toys, as such we wound up with one three inch figure when we were kids, I never really knew what Orguss was and still don't really understand. VF5SS
I like the Orguss's robot mode but the other modes are very silly and feel tacked on especially for a robot that can fly all the time thanks to loli power.

DarrinG
I like some obscure 80s mecha for sure - but I do not like any of the Orguss mecha or modes - just mine opinion. But the animation and character designs look great, and make me really want to see the whole subbed series if I can . . .
warrhead
I would LOVE to see a new line of Orguss toys, complete with all of the MLovers, Drifands, and Gerwalks,. I don't have a lot of faith in Megahouse and suspect that it'd be a just another craptastic parts-former. I can still dream though.
replicant2019
1/60 would be nice. There's a few Orguss mechs that were never made by Takatoku... Kulforn, Logwood, Legua...
Vifam7
You won't want it in 1/60 scale. A 1/60 scale Orguss won't be much bigger than a 1/100 VF-1 or 1/144 scale Gundam.
505thAirborne
They should go for a 1/24 or 1/32 scale. 1/60 would be just way to small for my taste!
Mechapilot77
i think 1/32 would be the sweet spot.
Phyrox
Logwood please. Any scale but 1:35 would be ideal.
Jasonc
I'm fine with 1/60. There was a 1/62 scale version, but it's much smaller than it should be, so if you're going by that, it's off scale. 1/60 wouldn't be bad, and if it is a little small, less money. Phyrox
1/60? No thanks. I don't want no wacky-scale models. 1/35 to go with my armor, or 1/48 to go with some planes, or if cheap is the goal, 1/72 to go with just about everything. Gundams and Macross toys can keep 1/60 to themselves Edited February 21, 2014 by Phyrox

No need to drag another series into this freak scale. Besides, I don't know of any macross models in 1:60.

If we're talking models than I'd agree with you, but if we're discussing toys...
