One of the greatest of all time. It’s just so amazingly haunting and young Ozzy back when he had the deep bluesy voice. Such a classic and way ahead of its time

It probably comes out way too dry. Although, while between waiting for paint to dry and cure it can probably do some nice jerky or fruit snacks

They can be expensive to make, but budget projects often reuse older costumes from previous films and tv shows that the studio owns. As long as they stay away from royalty, the costumes could end up very affordable to almost free.

I guess you could have a stand alone movie every year or two taking place in a different ancient cultural society. Since the tech would be barely used it wouldn’t be that expensive either.

I have a feeling that with a reboot, it’s probably gonna be a while till there’s a super girl movie or cameo. I think they will probably start with a new Superman since they just put out a new Batman even though that is still being considered an unattached movie, but that’s all just guessing for now

Snyder was kind of a mess before he departed during justice league. Man of steel wasn’t that great and Batman vs Superman was just bad. Justice league probably wouldn’t have ended up that much better. Overall the whole dc movie franchise has been a mess and there’s no way Gunn can do any worse as long as he sticks to his guns and stays in control.

Honestly, to me it looks really messy. If someone didn’t know the designing kinda wonder if they wouldn’t just think it’s a pile of crumpled red foil.

I haven’t seen this week’s episode yet. But as far as the modern speak, I don’t really remember Val Kilmer trying out an accent in the original movie. If I remember it was kind of an odd mix of modern American, British and whatever goofy almost Jewish New Yorker accents. So on that note, not much different than the show. My complaints are with other aspects, like the pacing is forced drama, then a forced comedy bit then maybe a few seconds of action. It’s mostly a lot of arguing. There’s also that issue that it makes it seem as though all the main characters from the movie are kinda just terrible people at this point that made horrible decisions after the movie ended. I don’t think the show is a total failure, but it feels more like a 90’s made for tv miniseries. It’s unfortunate that most of the the fantasy shows this year have been so forgettable. I’ll probably watch the new episode later this week and hope the show really starts getting better, but so far it’s kinda just ok

I honestly think that it can go both ways. A show like the boys seems to do well since it strays from the source while straying from the source kinda ruined the lord of the rings show. While being a fan can get something as great as Scott Pilgrim or Invincible made.

The simple answer is that at the time of development for the original show the F14 looked cool and had the sweeping wings and was already a carrier based fighter perfect for the anime. as far as basing it for the vf -0 the F-14 was still a well used carrier fighter after 2010. Sure the F-18 was more common, but the 14 probably was seen more as a bit more roomy for a lot of the transformation. I haven’t watched Macross Zero in a bit and don’t really remember if too many real world planes made it into the alternative timeline of macross , so it could also be that the F-14 was one of the last carrier based real world fighters to exist in that universe before the war that unified all of earth’s governments.

I’m with you there. I’m surprised they didn’t make a compromise to make it match the fighter. I like the hasegawa and that they tried the more real robot thing, but I prefer this style

There’s a lot of these old sitcoms making comebacks with a gender swapped ancestor of the main character, like this and Nightcourt. Not sure if I care enough to watch either
