I really doubt they’d come up with a brand new mold when they already have one to use. The thing I personally didn’t like about the mg kit were the rubber hoses.

It’s ok, the first time I saw the design, it looked so drastically different. Then I realized it just has a few changes to the chest, shoulder armor head and backpack. Throw on a fancy shield and slightly modified rifle from the jagd doga and there you go. I think the white color helps it appear different as well.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, in theaters summer 2023
Big s replied to Duke Togo's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I don’t have the right streaming service to be able to verify myself, I think it’s on Paramount + but could be wrong. I didn’t see it on D+ or Hulu. Either way I’ve been hearing that they removed old Indy from all the episodes, so unfortunately they may not be referencing that version of him.- 355 replies

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t too difficult for them since the majority of the kit is the geara doga. that may be a thing sooner than later. Bandai loves milking those old molds and like with the hg, they’d probably just use the mg geara doga with a few new parts.

I thought it was pretty funny, but mostly because the comments were pretty much on point.

Earlier I think I accidentally posted the title as wheel of destiny, when it’s actually dial of destiny. I was probably confusing it with Wheel of time. I have a feeling that that’s probably the title they would’ve chosen if it hadn’t already been taken- 355 replies

Yeah, me too. I’m just super happy that they are doing the scout type since it’s the most drastic change from the standard Regult. I’m pretty sure the heavy is on the way soon since it’s just a replacement of the missile pods.

Super was pretty fun as well. He really has a thing for Kevin Bacon and superhero’s

The little kaiyodo figures did a pretty fun itty bitty 1s battroid and a 1j armored figure to go with these, but I think those were the only to of the Valkyries that had battroid only figures in the line. The tomahawk was by far my favorite from them

Supposedly from the test screenings the wheel of destiny is basically a time travel relic and that’s why they have de aged Indy. At some of the test screenings there were different endings, like one where Indy dies and the god daughter takes the hat to become the new main character and basically replace him in some of the timeline changes, but the audience’s supposedly hated that and they may be going with one of several endings that they shot for the movie. I’m not a big fan of time travel stuff thrown into a franchise that’s mostly grounded, but I also want to see a new Indy movie. I’m a bit torn on this and maybe I’ll wait to hear something about if it’s good enough to watch. time travel is kinda what brought down my liking of endgame a bit and multiverse stuff is why I’m not so into this fade of the marvel stuff. Those are some of the reasons I’m not so interested in the upcoming dc projects. But those are at least less grounded franchises. Then again Indy has dealt with Christianity and Aliens, so maybe it’s not so grounded either.- 355 replies

I have a couple of those. They definitely look better in fighter or gerwalk configurations

I preordered the scout last night. Kinda surprised how fast they’re pumping out these variants. Also surprised this came out before the heavy missile version. I really think the scout is a bigger transition and now I’m confident that the regult variations will all happen very soon. Now we gotta see what project will be beyond the regults. Glaug, armors, gnerl who knows, I hope there’s more to look forward to

This actually looks far better than Sharnado. But it’s still a silly idea to make this movie based on the bear from the story. Sharknado was more like a bunch of drunks got together with no cash and started making a movie as they went. This movie seems more like one guy was watching YouTube and saw the story and told a friend and that person told a friend and then the whole story changed and eventually someone with slightly more cash than the sharknado movie decided to make their movie.
