I’ve been out of the loop for a bit and didn’t realize that revoltech toys have gotten so pricey. They have been a bit bigger though

If you’re used to older kits, these will be easy for you

Luther may be the main coordinator of the revolution at this point, but he’s not one to get in front of people in a public manner. Even to others involved, he seems to deny his involvement as an attempt to stay more in the shadows. the show is still young and we may see more of Mothma as things go. She is already the one politician that publicly stands against the empire, and maybe after things change for her story, it will show her more involved in a way that does inspire the rebellion. She’s already starting to get involved financially and soon she may have to get involved in more hands on ways

I always like seeing finished model kits. It’s nice to see items that someone worked a little to bring to life.

No worries, I just wanted to add a clarification

I didn’t want to make it sound as as if it was the P-63 pilot at fault , just pointing out what those commentators were saying about the blind spot due to the direction it was banking. It’s really hard to tell who’s at fault at this point or even if it’s pilot error, bad planning or if mechanical failure had anything to do with this or if it was just bad timing. Right now it seems mostly speculation. Sadly, no matter what it’s an absolute tragedy

Some commentators on the multicam YouTube video I watched were saying it may have been the way the p-63 was banking created a blind spot and may not have seen the B-17 properly or at all Whatever the cause, it was an absolute tragedy and shock to those watching

That’s the most I’ve really heard about the movie so far. At least no one is saying it’s terrible. Just alright or meh or ok, nothing more or less on this one- 87 replies

I really haven’t bought any since the Tekkaman Blade and Evil and the Guyver figures. They are fairly cool, but I kinda wish there were more cool sci-fi characters rather than pretty princesses

At first , I thought it was a robotic frog with a scorpion tail. I didn’t realize I was looking at it backwards

I don’t think I could stand those first two obi episodes. Those episodes ruined obi for me

The difficulty isn’t too bad, but the modern mg kits are totally easy mode as far as kits go. These you often have as somewhat simple frame, maybe a bit of seam work in the frame as well as outer armor. You may have more work with painting since the frame will often be under armor parts that also need seam line work, so more masking than the average mg kit. Some kits have thin fragile parts, so figuring out a stand is something to consider as well

The Obi show was the worst of the shows and I think worse than any of the movies. They should be ashamed of it. I think I’d rewatch last Jedi before I’d ever rewatch Obi
-
They really only did that because those had the retracted wings rather than the extended fighter ones.

Depending on which one you buy they are slightly taller than the average gundam kit. The Bang Doll has excessively tall ornamentation on the head and that’s one thing to keep in mind. There are some space consuming parts on some of them. The flame launcher with the Led Mirrage is pretty long. Make sure to have space for them. I’d also recommend buying a newer kit over the first few. The first few had minor fit issues that require some putty and a bit more work than the ones that came out later.

Had to pop open the second blowsperior since my first was missing a wheel. That one was giving me problems on the chest transformation. It’s like a hand grenade. If you don’t line up the parts just right it will launch the tiny head five feet in the air. With armor on, they’re definitely clunky looking. In bike mode the rider holds on to the handles really tight and sit well. I kinda prefer them on the bike. They get into pretty good poses, but the armor puts some limits, but not as bad as expected If you have ordered these make sure to watch the instruction video on the previous page, the included instructions are kinda confusing. The video will save a lot of time and frustration. Once you transform one, the next one is super easy.

Personally I think that events are going to start showing the dark side of the empire to the public. At that point people will probably see Mon Mothma as the one that has been calling out the injustice since the beginning. That and the fact that she’s forking over her money and willing to give up her posh lifestyle will probably the key to her being a leader. As the audience, we know she’s just a spoiled know nothing, but to the people in universe will see her as something more and she may grow into her role while on the run. Her caring for lower class people is also something that will probably become more genuine after seeing the struggles first hand. Luther may have criminal ad political connections in the background, but Mon Mothma has public political connections that will mean something to those that are supposed to be served by the senate

What’s the handle for?

They just showed a teaser for a fourth and there’s this one as well. I guess that’s gonna be five movies soon

This is a real downer of a day. First I heard about Gallagher and now the voice of Batman. A watermelon smasher and a badguy smasher. Hope they’ll be fighting crime and vegetation in a better place

That’s one that I will always remember. His comedy was messy in a good way
