  1. I'm enjoying it, but I liked Season 1 as well, so take that with a grain. I'd rather is was all out now so I could binge it in one go.
  2. My father does that, and so do I sometime. But, sometime, I know it is a story I have told before, but I still get the urge to say it again, mostly because I haven't no new stories to tell...šŸ¤”
  3. Silo Season 2 is playing on Apple+ Currently up to ep4 out of 10. So far, it has the same solid writing and acting as season 1 and I am enjoying it.
  4. I just view it as a different story with similar plot points. IMO, it is okay in its own right, though it helps for me that I stopped reading the series after the third or fourth book, so I am not invested in an accurate retelling of something I lost interest in, in book form.
  5. Saw it and liked it. As good as the first? No, but that's hardly a detraction as it is not 'new' anymore. But it was a fun adventure with good action and interactions. Though not as memorable as those from the first one, the songs were good, though it is hard to top 'How Far I'll Go.' I think the guy who did the songs from the first one was not in this one. Will I watch it again in theater? No, but I will buy it on blue-ray when it comes out, and I will hope for a third, as the mid-credit trailer alludes to.
  6. Not interested in the movie, but this clearly will be a better movie for Taylor-Johnson than Kraven.
  7. I really hope in theater on my area will be playing this!
  8. That's how I felt. Too many plots jammed together rather then concentrating on Suture Lady as the main threat. They probably should have had the Ghost Guy for this on and saved Beetle's ex for the third. Seeing as it did well regardless, we might get a third with a good plot.
  9. Nice, how much did you pay for this?
  10. All in. I just hope the ending isn't as anti-climactic as the S2s.
  11. Pinterest has some cool stuff.
  12. I have no info who made this, only that it is a cool looking kit-bash derelict.
  13. It wasn't the best, certainly, but I don't see why they took it off. There are worse shows that are left out there to take up bandwidth.
  14. I think a Director's Cut would go a long way to reminding people just how great the movie is, and go a long way to push away what the series was. TBS, I was liking it despite its flaws and it appeared to be getting its footing near the end.... but... In fact, there was a fan-edit that was done for the series, though I don't know if it ever came out. I would like to see that.
  15. So, I watched Willow the Movie again, for a fun nostalgic romp, and then looked on-line about it and found out about the deleted scenes. Don't judge me, but that was the first time I ever even thought about that! And though the few that they showed on YouTube were the kind that you could take or leave, the entire subplot with Sorsha would have made it so much better! Though I love the movie, Sorsha's turning against her mother always came across as a little flighty, but when you learn there was a subplot about her missing father, she starts to get much-needed depth. If they ever make a director's cut, I would hope they would add that in there. There are a couple of other scenes too, such as with 'fish boy,' but they could do without that.
  16. And Harmony Gold probably doesn't care at all that they are being nothing but a nuisance. If there is one outfit that should just close its doors and disappear, it's that one. They haven't done anything worth while in decades.
  17. If this was live-action, I'd be there! Doing it this way makes it easier/cheaper to make, but there aren't too many things I like in anime/style.
  18. All the details are making it pop! @pengbuzz
  19. Same. And not just for a 1/72 VF-2SS in plastic, but also some of the capitol ships, like the Macross Cannon. Heracles and the Gloria.
  20. Watched Moana 2 today, and it was good, IMO. Entertaining with some good (if not really memorable) songs and it didn't feel like it was crutching on the first movie to get by. Unlike with Te Kā, we don't see much of the bad guy until the mid-credit scene, which show they are definitely leading into a third movie. I liked it and I would watch it again.
  21. Enjoyed the first two episodes. Way better than the Acolyte! (I hope that is not too low of a bar for some...šŸ˜‰)
  22. Good looking work there! A nice follow-up to the original design.
  23. You and me both! Would much rather see a trailer for Kick-Ass 3!
  24. Oh man! Those movies were like a staple of my childhood. And adulthood. And probably my elderhood. Thank you Mr Abrahams, may you rest in well-deserved peace.
