Golden Arms Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Awesome pics TC! Makes me want to transform my Ozma from fighter to battroid.

Valkyrie addict Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Finally got a chance to panel line and start stickering my Max 1J (props to gwfalcon) picture Nice blue filter!
Raptor One Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Thank looks nice. Nice blue filter! Thanks guys, I've got a thing for blue. Decided to play around with some camera settings on my S110 Nice panelling. What did you use? Thanks. I use Gundam markers actually. For the bare plastic parts I used the GM02 (the thin-tipped grey marker) and for the painted parts I used the grey Real Touch marker. The GM02 doesn't work well with the painted parts because it sets almost immediately, meaning if u make any mistakes u can't rub them off, and it's slightly thicker than the panel lines so wiping it off is necessary. The real touch marker isn't as thin but it's easy to wipe off the excess. On the flip side it's harder to get the lines to set lol
Mommar Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Finally got a chance to panel line and start stickering my Max 1J (props to gwfalcon) I really wish I was better at stickering when I botched my 1J many years ago.

Falcon18 Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 (edited) Finally got to panel lining and stickering the fast packs. Also repainted the missile tips red. Sorry for the crappy phone pics. Next - panel lining and stickering the valk itself. Edited December 17, 2013 by Falcon18
Mechapilot77 Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 poor mans yamato..arcadia.. not that last shot is a sweet photo. i remember reading books about military planes when i was a kid and they always had a drawing of a plane with all its ordinance laid out like that for each plane.
Ignacio Ocamica Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Is that the 1/72 Bandai model kit? Yes it is!
Deadeye_281 Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 That Bandai 1:72 looks pretty good. Is there a pilot figure included too?
SuperSenpai Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Are the markings paint, stickers, or waterslides?
JET7 Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 supersenpai, yes.. its the what they say.."crappy" bandai. well if you keep it shut to valk mode its not anymore. i know its a kit.. but to me, its a "hobby toy" that i can swoosh around
SuperSenpai Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Yeah, if you keep it in fighter mode it actually looks pretty good. Battroid mode is another story.
close313 Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 (edited) Yeah, if you keep it in fighter mode it actually looks pretty good. Battroid mode is another story. A story that should never be told..Don't mind if I ask, does anyone have VF-17D photos to share? Im trying to decide between that and the 19P and even that has very little "non-official" photos except anymoon's.(using google). Would love to see photos from other owners Edited December 21, 2013 by close313
derex3592 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) Can do! I got the 19F and the 17D at a good-ish price last year after they had been out a while. Honestly I like the 19F better...it's just better engineered. Nothing wrong with the 17...just not as well executed IMHO. P.s. ... Be advised..if you go with a 17...there will be blood...yours...when you transform it..LOL Edited December 22, 2013 by derex3592

Would love to see photos from other owners Hey close313, I have quite a few pics of both the 17D (Fighter/Gerwalk with Fast packs only) and 19P pics on my Flickr account. They're somewhere on this website too but... I don't feel like looking for them. Oh, I forgot I made a second set of pics for the 19P with the fins taken off for comparisons sake, for some odd reason it isn't in a set like the other two. http://www.flickr.com/photos/84672656@N05/tags/vf19p2/ Edited December 22, 2013 by Mommar
skullmilitia Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I think someone has asked about this in the past, but here's the VF-19 Kai with the Banpresto Sheryl/Basara crossover figure's guitar. It fits rather nicely.
