Now if only Bandai did this for valks and other figures that are being scalped on the secondary market.

Yeah, it was nice imagining we were getting the VF-19F/S for a while.

Yeah, kinda like they got lazy and were gonna do a variant and then just decided to put the same thing out again. And some executive is gonna judge wether they can do a new release of anything else based on the sale of an already discounted item
  8. For the hardcore fans, Hasegawa is doing a 1/12 resin kit for Apple

That thing is on clearance everywhere and they're reissuing it? That doesn't make sense.
  10. Silly me to think that somehow they’d make an exception when Mr.K specifically mentioned of sending out a regular version arm instead on X, if the company’s onboard with it. All good, nobody wants to be held responsible and stand out from the norm over there as I understand it. I will swoosh around my forcibly purchased spare with no care in the world while the fragile PF sleeps in its blister coffin for years to come.

Hey, maybe we'll get the first sub-$50 transforming HMR release XD
  12. That's actually really painful that they won't support the foreign markets now that they should be legally free to do so.. but I guess Arcadia probably isn't in a position to produce extra parts when they can't seem to produce any new products to begin with. If someone comes up with a way to print a working part in a reasonably close color, that should at least put your spare back together again, but that's really frustrating.
  13. Finally heard from Arcadia, as you may have suspected they will not support outside of Japan and communications with Mr.K, although hopeful at the time, turned out not to bear any fruit. fed up with waiting and having the valk in pieces on my desk, I went ahead and bought the cheapest regular version available due to no other outlets to make my PF whole again. **sigh**

  15. Chinese-made RAM is really aimed at the Chinese-domestic market. They're not even aiming at the international market. Chinese-made RAM chips lacks many of the refinements from the big 3 and it's only time and engineering knowledge they are behind on. It's not "if" they catch-up, it's "when".
  16. I'll keep it in the box until the Melkia Scopedog is released and then I'll use the Parachute Pack from that to put on this one.
  17. Also, the chinese companies are unlikely to join the collusion that the current memory cartel gets up to. They're playing a different game.

  21. Next 'toy' purchase. Bought this off of Amazon, and though I wouldn't normally buy something like this from them, I also had a butt-load of reward points and it is a through-tang, spring steel sword, with some good reviews. It is a bit heavier than my earlier purchase of the Glamdring replica, but its probably because of the steel used and that it is solid metal from tip to tanged-pommel. Don't know what I'm going to name it yet.
  22. Hey thanks so much all of you @Big s @derex3592 @Thom means a lot coming from you guys. 👍
  23. 'Goldenrod' and that scout came out looking super, @Papa Rat!
  24. RIP, you King of the Nerds...
  25. That was always a fool's hope anyway, at least in the short term. Long term, more diversified supply will allow the industry as a whole to better absorb demand spikes and prices won't shoot up as much as they do now... but that's also assuming that RAM usage will return to normal or even stay steady at a new elevated normal. Either way, this AI bubble can't possibly burst fast enough.
