Must mean Amazon.jp.

This one is most likely not coming to US as a WWM release due to limitations on the original SDFM series and movie by Harmony Gold.

Thank you, that does give me some idea, but I don't exactly equate ebay prices to prices people here might pay. Altho, since ebay prices are usually much higher, if subtracting 13% for ebay fees, 3% PP fees, etc, I think I'd rather just keep them if I can only expect to get $60 for them.

What are HMR SDFM valks going for these days without OE packaging? Lightly played with and transformed with all pieces and accessories meticulously accounted for. These are almost always priced with original boxes claiming to be like new. I bought a loose one without the box and no accessories for $75 shipped once, but that was a few years ago.

Yeah, the one we recently lost was the more active of the three and was always getting into things and hopping into the window sill to watch the birds in the morning and would always kinda get in the way while I would get ready for work. I miss her routine of silly chaos. But I still got the boys, even though they’re much more calm they’re still just as important and a reason to keep going. Haven’t thought yet about adding any more cats to the family yet. as far as that Rick Dom 2, I think it’s the rounder legs and head that I kinda like compared to the newer one. Just kinda thinking if I could somehow combine those elements of both kits and make an ultimate Dom 2 somehow. I think the head will be easy, but the legs might take some messing with.

They already got me buying Prime again with the Skybound version, and I'm told we can expect this battle-damaged retool to be repainted later in gray "sleep" mode. It's one thing for me to buy up a bunch of repainted Deluxes, but even I can justify buying every variant deco @ $60 a pop. (Please ignore the five versions of SS86 Grimlock...)- 18018 replies

@pengbuzz That looks GREAT! Normally I'm geek enough to look at kit bashed stuff and know what parts came from what, but that one's a tuffy! @Big s I'm sorry to hear about your "little helper". It was last Feb we had to put ours down and we still miss him. It is tough despite the joy and laughter we have with the two kittens who litterally fly over us on the couch as they chase each other or cuddle with us at bedtime and our original one. One of them sits upright at night and watches what I'm doing on my workbench. That Rick Dom upgrade would be cool! I bought several of the original 80's Rick Doms or II's (in the 80'as) and probably only built one as intended, but kit-bashed the others into something completely different! I'm sure you can find some nice joint or poly cap kits that will work for your mods. Thanks @Papa Rat! And another FSS kit to add to your collection soon! @derex3592 Yes, crazy!!! I knew one of Grumman's test pilots who worked with the Corsair. He had all sorts of crazy stories! Here's one with a jet engine on it! - MT https://www.facebook.com/paxmuseum/posts/testing-the-first-american-designed-jet-enginethese-three-views-show-a-goodyear-/10163858805070392/

I missed the original release, so if I can get this on Amazon, I might bite. This will probably be the last Macross purchase I make, so, it seems fitting as back in 2008 or so (after finding MW on the web) my 1st was the Yamato 1/48 Roy. Kind of a book end to my Macross collection days.

@Mog Indeed it is! It's a Vought OS2U Kingfisher floatplane. Can you IMAGINE the SET it took to be the pilots of these things in WWII? "You want me to take off a WHAT in a WHAT?!"

I didn't think there was anything wrong with the previous pic, but this one does look better.

Yamato released 1/60 v2 normal and weathering versions of 1S Max.
-
I'll admit I'm a heathen who kind of isn't going to complain one way or another about the VE-1. If we get it, great, if not, I think the PF Yamato version is plenty for me. I think my interest has always been the relative rarity of it, rather than actually liking the design, and I'm much more a fan of the VT-1 for the orange trainer scheme. I also collect the M&Ms out of impulse more than anything else, so if we get them, great, but again, I've got enough of them. I really just want to complete the DYRL Skull Squad with Max and Hikaru 1As (and maybe Roy if they ever get around to it, since I already made my own ), and pick up at least a couple brownie VF-1As. I'd love to see them do a combo TV/DYRL pack for those, but if not I think I'd prefer DYRL versions so I can use all those spare fast pack roundels to decorate them with some of the other squadron patches we've seen in the DYRL artbooks.
-
The only VF-1 I want from the DX Line is VF-1S Max. Never had one of those and I don't even know if one was ever made before.
-
For me in the DX VF-1 line, if I could only choose 3 more to be released it would be: VE-1 (DYRL). VF-1A Hikaru Super (DYRL). VF-1A Cannon Fodder (TV).

don't take it personally I said Bandai loves taking advantage of dumb people. Nothing wrong with buying multiples. i usually get 2 or maybe 3 of a release i really like. I have every Yamato 1/60 release and variant being a completionist. However, Bandai loves taking advantage of completionists. they become very exploitative, it's obvious. They love reprinting the same Metal Build Exia many times over without finishing the 00 series lineup. It's been over a decade. Bandai's trick is they come out with a tiny new tampo marking with the same suit then calling it a new gundam edition. Bandai tries to exploit us by excluding missiles that came standard for every vf-1, on a design they pretty much copied. Give us a mechanic edition with fastpacks that had features already standard on every Yamato. They removed features sells it and then re-sells it with the features re-added. Nothing new engineered, just copying a toy and taking away items and including them later. and have the nerve to correct the "001" by giving a different tailfin instead of admitting they misprinted it. it's comical but yes, it's Bandai being Bandai.

Oooh thats something to look forward to if true. Still I prefer a DX virgin road this year if ever there was going to be one... Or a DX CF...which would be tough to stay away from just 1..
