    If I'm not mistaken even though they showed it at SDCC it's going to be their Pulsecon exclusive. So while I don't know for certain, I'm guessing September. If I find out for sure I'll pass it along. I'd be down. I'm not a fan of the dark blue on this version- yeah, it's cartoon accurate, but the way a lot of black stuff was colored gray in the G1 cartoon.

    Victimized by a 4-year old while digging through bins for spare parts. The cars are cool and the wheels are actual rubber slicks. Is this set special/rare - wasn't ready for that price.

    Since it is specifically Takara as the licensor they might not care for a G1 Jetfire since, to my knowledge, Jetfire was never released in Japan. Also since we don’t know what specifically they licensed from Harmony Gold it could be that they don’t have the license for Macross (and this showing a mecha from Mospeada).

    I'm ok with that pinless Cyclops with butterfly joints. '97 Logan's torso under the jacket looks like it might be the same as the one from the Logan vs Sabretooth set.

    Just watched the Gundam Wing 30th anniversary clip on YouTube: I wonder if we will get new Gundam Wing suits in the Metal Composite Fix Figuration line this year. My favorite would be the EW Heavy Arms Customs, followed by the Sandrock Custom and the Altron Gundam.

    At the very least Toynami has to ensure it has the same build quality & heft of the original, remastered tooling or not. Cutting any corners like reducing diecast or cheapening out plastic quality will only pile on more hate to the 'other' franchise holder. At end of day I'd just like to see better quality, or rather, competent toys for the other side and it now looks to be off to a good resurgence with the announcement of this, Takara, Pose+ & the already released MoShow.

    Great the cyclops I always wanted on the body I hate. Jean looks ok. That basketball gambit is the lowest effort I've seen yet. It's so bad. I don't know. The jubilee is pretty low effort too. At least give her the new body articulation since it's a blank body. Then I would have bit. In fact, give them all the new bodies. Wtf. Does anyone know if the 97 Logan and WW 2 logan here has a diaphragm joint or old ab crunch and swivel?
