Was working on mine and really like this kit. I never realized he had creepy toes until this kit. I don’t think I ever saw that in the show or any other kits or toys that I have.

They deserve better than this -
I see that. Definitely the short bus crew there. But there’s a certain charm to them as well and they make me feel like I could accomplish anything since even they became Tomcat pilots.

Like I said, not a perfect movie, but great fun with some popcorn and yeah, those items definitely would’ve come in handy.

I'm so bummed out over the VF-17S I paid full price for at HLJ that I went back into modern airplane modelling and bought a 1/48 Tamiya F-14D and.... omg it's nice to support a company that cares about its customers

I'm not necessarily inclined to argue. I think Takara (and/or Hasbro, by extension) are at their best making when making mass-market toys. Like, yeah, they have their flaws like limited articulation, in some areas, limited paint, or hollow spots, and some outright misses *cough Astrotrain*, but generally you're not mad about it because they're chunky, solid toys you can mess around with and you're usually not paying more than $60 (save for the annual Titans and Commanders, or the odd Haslab). But it's a different story when you're paying a premium for something ostensibly collector-focused. I mean, I'd have never paid $350 for MP-36, but I didn't have any problems paying that for Soul of Chogokin Dairugger/Vehicle Voltron. Still, for your sake, I hope you're happy with Predaking. I'm out, though, he's just too small for my collection. Same.- 18275 replies

@slideVery cool. Excited to see more. While I work on the L-Gaim MK-2 I decided to crack into the Deculture. What a simple smart kit. I’m going with the Alaska version. 💚 The MK-2 is a 1/100 and here it is next to the Volks IMS 1/100. It’s slightly smaller but will look good next to the FSS builds in my collection. Also the binders in the kit have a beautiful clear blue. They will look even better once I put silver behind them.

We watched ANACONDA last night too, with ZERO expectations, I actually found myself enjoying it a lot. It's a fun movie especially if you have popcorn or some ice cream handy. @Big s

Okay, now I am seriously jealous. What software are you using for your virtual wind tunnel? And, more importantly, what's the drag coefficient?

Thanks guys! I forgot to mention that I blocked the visor with black tape and added eyes cut from leftover metallic gundam stickers. Adds much expression IMO.
