  1. Past hour
  2. You definitely did an awesome job with that old Imai kit. The paint job makes it look so modern despite its age.
  3. @jenius Delivering the goods!!
  4. Nice! Jaws reference 4tw. I felt similar when I finally found a manual for my copy of MUSHA after all this time.
  5. Today
  6. @Big s @pengbuzz @Thom Thanks. It’s rather clunky and almost no articulation as expected, but a nice addition and first Mospeada kit for me. It gave me lots of opportunities to deal with seams, seams and more seams. Also only had 2 decals fail and fall to pieces when moving them. Not too bad. I want to shift gears and do a more modern build next. I need to get this VE-1 going. The test fit was great and excited to see it come together. Going to try and find a stand for it too. One more pic with better light.
  7. Cool! At least you get one and Mandarake checks if the content is ok anyway! I'm sure you'll like the Mech!
  8. They are slow. My Vega shipped from BBTS weeks ago.
  9. Dang, great actor. Will be missed.
  10. Well said, I'm in this mindset. I've got a host of the old comic books, novels, games, etc... I think some of these Xenos are behaving precisely as shown and described. It's been fun and stupid at times, but mostly fun.
  11. Actor Terence Stamp, who starred as Superman villain General Zod, dies aged 87
  12. I've always seen them as the first untameble beast that doesn't get tired and hungry, and will never stop which man has encountered. And that's part of their dark appeal as all other natural threats to man we've managed to tame or fence...
  13. If you are interested in a free replacement repro, send me a PM with your info as a reminder. I’ll print you a new one as soon as my legioss arrives - next month, I believe.
  14. ya know, I read a lot of the novels, and the behavior of this particular xenomorph isn't surprising at all. it's interesting to see it on screen now, but they're brutal creatures and it's not just all about creating a hive and all that. They sometimes just wanna kill viciously and then reproduce afterwards. Infact I think in some of the old comic books they could completely rip apart a host, then somehow keep them alive just long enough to infect them with the facehugger.
  15. Starting to doubt it, I only want the VF-1A CF or maybe I`ll wait the Toynami`s 1/55 remake.
  16. Looking good @Papa Rat!
  17. My Build of Max's Sturmvögel II
  18. You could be a power warrior for that amount
  19. My sentinel adapters are mainly for Riobot line up. Legioss and ride armors all work with them, but since I don't have my tread yet, I can't test...
  20. Looks familiar somehow....
  21. Just loving this!!! I think a gentle drybrush with some silver in a few key places and it's good to go! Nice job with this!
  22. Right? I could buy a Power Warrior for that amount.
  23. Bolt

    DX VF-27 Revival

I believe they only have a Facebook page. Try Manga Hobby store Paris. Cheers
  24. I think I saw this last week at bbts, but I couldn’t justify anything near that price for being so small. Looks cool though
  25. Lovin it so far. Got me excited to get my hands on the upcoming moderoid kits
  26. No arguments from me. Don actually drew up a ton of great concepts for that series, and unfortunately you get to see almost none of it in the actual comics due to Jae Lee's art style (which I've personally never been a fan of). Don's done some other really cool concepts I wouldn't mind seeing in toy form... like this 5-changer Megatron. Unfortunately, Don had a falling out with Hasbro and swore off working on the Transformers brand anymore. I don't remember all the details, but I think it was something along the lines of he came up with the idea for a bomber Megatron and pitched it with a story, IDW didn't want the story but wanted to use the design, then Hasbro made a Deluxe-class toy of it in 2013. Don's position is that he did the design, he let IDW use it (he even drew issues of the comic himself at the time), then Hasbro made a toy without giving him any credit or compensation. Hasbro's position is that it's their brand and their characters, and the minute that design was put in the comics it was fair game for them. I can't imagine he'd be too keen on Hasbro using his unpublished designs.
