  2. If you have any older systems that still use SATA drives or use SATA drives if you used up all your NVMe slots or use a non-NVMe NAS ... Samsung to halt SATA SSD production, leaker warns of up to 18 months of SSD price pressure, worse than Micron ending consumer RAM (Notebookcheck.net)

  4. Thanks @Major Tom. Some really cool models there!
  5. never knew this was a mode!
  6. I suppose you're right... ...which begs the question, "How would such a fake listing benefit the third-party seller on Amazon Marketplace?" 🤔
  7. I utterly loved Street Fighter II V, especially the part in the first few episodes where Guile beats the living hell out of both Ken and Ryu. 😁
  8. Kokotomo 2025 SF Anime Model Exhinbtion: light-up SDF-1 & other space ship:
  9. Yikes, I had thought that piece might have been the one thing bandai made properly by how reasonably smooth yet firm it moved, especially since it was excessively tall compared to canonical art. Now I'm going to have to remember to be paranoid of that piece if I transform it. This toy is kind of a gift that keeps on giving... 😬
  10. FYI, hopefully no cause for alarm... the black ring which holds/swivels the right belly plate on my YF-21 had (oddly) split. While I had transformed it number of times in the last year (for my project), I was never rough when handling it. When I transformed it today (I used Jenius'/Scorched Earth video guide as a reference), noticed it was a bit loose and saw the split. IIRC said part previously was not/never overly stiff, just about the same tension/smoothness as the left side. Mine was in fighter mode on the display mount/base for the past two (plus) months. The black disc on the right side (now) has a little bit of wiggle room, maybe 1mm or less. I can only speculate possible twisting forces from the transforming process caused it to split. The split is nearly the opposite side of the bay door mounting arm. I just hope it's not another VF-171 CF disintegrating black part/plastic issue. Looking at the DX YF-21 I do not see any other black plastic parts which may be under any kind of mechanical forces other than those bay doors swivel mounts (other black parts are either painted blue parts or cosmetic black plastic which experience no mechanical forces). Aside from the black plastic used for the base, display brackets, and battroid brackets. I had purchased this one from HLJ's PO upon release 6/2024, stored it in HLJ's PW, shipped it (small packet shipped with other items) and opened it for inspection August of 2024, put it back in the box until maybe Feb 2025 and started my project March 2025.

  12. ● While it's a flight shooter, missions like bombing runs mean I personally pay close attention to terrain and water surface details when playing. This trailer didn't really show that. How much has it improved compared to the previous game? Ko: With new hardware and Unreal Engine 5, improvements over the previous game are a given. For urban environments like cityscapes, we've experimented with using Houdini for city generation, resulting in exceptionally well-crafted buildings. For natural terrain, we've employed satellite imagery and new techniques, significantly enhancing the rendering of trees and forests compared to the previous game. Sea and water surface rendering has also been strengthened through new technologies. This trailer highlights the protagonist engaging in aerial dogfights and focuses on the aircraft carrier storyline. Please look forward to future reveals of terrain and in-game combat footage. ● The fighter jets' exterior visuals are satisfyingly realistic. Is the cockpit interior rendered to the same level of detail? Ko: Cockpit reproduction has also seen significant advancement from the previous title. Modern fighters have cleaner cockpits, so the difference might not be immediately obvious, but the A-6, for instance, was recreated with such meticulous detail it was astonishing at first. Shi: Older fighters like the A-6 have far more buttons than modern ones. Also, as you can see in the footage, light reflections are visible on the canopy. ● The Endurance is set as an old-school carrier, but do you start with the Super Hornet? Shi: There are two points to explain here. The reason we used the Super Hornet in this video and PV is that the story unfolds around the carrier, so we chose the most popular carrier-based fighter, the Super Hornet. Also, in the previous game, the F-22 Raptor was the key visual, but it wasn't the initial aircraft you flew. Since Ace Combat's campaign mode includes RPG elements, you gradually upgrade to stronger fighters. The Super Hornet isn't the initial aircraft. As for which aircraft you actually start with and how you upgrade, please look forward to future information. https://bbs.ruliweb.com/news/read/219204 The A-6 Intruder is a playable aircraft, nice.
  13. Hm... yeah, a third season of Star Trek: Prodigy would almost certainly get a warmer reception from fans than another season of Discovery's 32nd century grimdark misery, even if it is leaning very heavily on Star Trek: Voyager for audience appeal. That said, that reception would still be pretty darn frosty considering the second season ended with a descent into the grimdark miserable hopelessness of the Picard era that will dominate the setting for at least the next 17+ in-universe years. Fans hated it in Picard, so they're not likely to welcome it as part of Prodigy either. Now that I think about it, it's a bit odd that Paramount cancelled Prodigy only to essentially introduce a new series with a very similar premise in Starfleet Academy. In both cases, the story revolves around a bunch of kids who've been in Starfleet barely long enough to ask where the bathroom is being packed onto a training ship and sent into harm's way.
  14. At least they gave a specific date, usually it just says the month and then their items get pushed back to the next month, then their next month, then the next month and eventually they come out a few more months later
  15. As long as Bamco doesn't treat the F-4 as DLC again, I'll be good.
  16. As far as I can tell that's a listing for a product that isn't even announced, I can't find a single other source for even an announcement of a Hiya Male MUTO so I don't think that listing is anything genuine. As far as I was able to look up Hiya hasn't even shown off a prototype.
  17. Sadly, inútil now they not include the old Super Tucano or Brazilian AMX A-1
  18. The creator of Macross. Shoji Kawamori has enlisted May'n to voice one of the characters in his new film Labryinth (Meikyu Shiori) World Premier in January 2026. Among those who are included are many from Frontier and Delta! For those in Malaysia we guys get to watch it first - on 21st Dec 2025
  19. Come to think of it, it's a bit sad that I've been playing this series for nearly 30 years and in that time "new" American planes have mostly been new variants of the F-15, F-16, and F/A-18.
  20. Promising start, @Papa Rat. Totally. Those Meltrandi cosplayers look very suss. 🤨
  21. I've had the male MUTO on pre-order for over a year: Apparently, it's expected to ship within the next month.
  22. Nacelle should've blurred a lot harder. "KIrk as Romulan" is still clearly readable. 😅
