I saw it in Robotech version of course and I thought it was funny even then. I don't know if the Zentradi says anything like in the RT version but it is still one of my favorite moments. The girl looks kinda scary. It's on the episode where Minmay leaves the stage (just before her and Kyle split... one of the last episodes.... I think 3rd to the last). I also dig scenes where the bridge bunnies interact... "Stop calling me an diot!" so cute. I had just saw the original Macross TV series for the first time weeks ago. In that, Hikaru gets into a Spartan and slaps a Zentradi's ass (rendering him unconscious?!). Finally, gotta give credit to Minmay and Kaifun, too stupid to escape through the bars when they're trapped in a fork prison. The whole Zentradi spies thing is way too funny. When Max rescues Hikaru, Misa and Kakizaki, and he places Misa and Hikaru in the same place, lol. When Bodolza is watching that movie and he think its real. In episode 1. when Excedol and Writhai are astonished watching a couple of destroyed Zentradi vessels in the monitor, its funny to watch their faces when realizing we had reaction weaponry. Watching Hikaru getting his Vf-1 moving and crashing over Minmay's roof got me an smile too. DYRL When Misa bitchslaps Hikaru after he kisses her. Anyways as for the original SDFM, the roflmao moment for me was the CF-1A that lit the cigarette of the Zentraedi soldier using the fraking GUNPOD!!! BTW, can anybody post a picture of that one? ALSO, another roflmao moment was Episode 1 of SDFM, the part where Capt. Gloval bumps his head while entering the bridge. Why could'nt MF have that homage using Capt. Wilder? "Bullshit, you don't know the first thing about journalism." .. the english voice actor is mega cool pulling off Dennis's harcore war correspondent voice. but these are not roflao... there is none of those scenes for me, more like "lol" like. When Hikaru almost dies from loss of breath trying to get the big Tuna in and then both look to find the head of thebig ass tuna, that's roflmao also while not roflmao, a lmao moment is when i heard on cd some guy signing "kuun kuun, kuun kuun" part of Minmay's song in some macross 7 karoke concert! still haven't got around to watching M7 yet, so i'm looking forward to seeing that scene. Also love it when Isamu headbutts yang! Any scene with marsh, and especially his bartender, "Marsh, it's h-i-b-i-k-i o-n t-h-e p-h-o-n-e. I originally saw it as a good avatar because it was sort of a bad ass moment for Ozma. The guns and the nukes don't work so he rips the bugs arm off and kills him with it.
