Nice chooch. My brother was the train guy in the family. We lived close to the tracks and while everyone else would be ticked because we had to wait for the train, he would be fascinated and watch it go by pointing out little details that no one else in the car really cared about, but we didn’t say that part out loud. Whenever I see a train model or electric set up, I remember the simple days of being a kid and having less important things to worry about.

If they just made a Keaton Batman sequel, it might double that

Marvel Studios TV Shows and Animation on Disney+
Big s replied to sh9000's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I don’t think the amount of marvel shows are as much a problem as the quality. It’s not like any of the shows overlap the release. But with crap like She Hulk or shows that don’t quite hit the mark, like Ms Marvel or shows that could’ve been better like Moon Knight it’s hard to keep people interested.- 1488 replies

1/6 MOSPEADA Rider Project Proposal
Big s replied to captain america's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
That guy from uncharted does look really similar to the guy from the newest Spider Man movies for some reason. I just can’t figure out why. Maybe they’re related or something. Oddly the guy from Uncharted is dating the same girl that Peter Parker was dating in the last Spider Man movies -
I’ve only seen him in a couple movies that I can remember. I don’t like him as the Flash , but I did like Love and Monsters

Those definitely should be long, but seeing it right next to the line art and maybe the feet are too small. He’s like a size 16 or something for the shoes

Have fun at the shows and let us know how they go

I’m on a budget as well. Not only that, but lack the space for larger items. If I win the lotto then I’ll get a place that’s big enough for the big pricey stuff, but until then I’m ok with the small scale items

That’s an impressive use of what normally would just be trash.

The colors on set one don’t really look that complex. They may not have separated parts like a Bandai kit, but everything is outlined by panel pretty well. I wouldn’t let that hold you back.

It’s worth it. For me it’s about the same drive. The only time I lucked out was when I was living in riverside and for some reason a lot of bands actually started playing at the municipal auditorium. The drive for me back then was five or ten minutes

presale starts tomorrow with the code above and looks like something special for the last show at the Forum. They are somewhat restricting cell phones on that show only and it’s the last of the tour as far as I know. And if it is , often times they kill off or remove the singer. The last time they killed off Papa Nihil and Papa 4 may be getting near his time. Even if you’re nowhere near the LA area , the other shows will have some aggressive viking metal as an opener

I guess that the three pack isn’t as cheap as volume one, but at least one of the entries is almost twice the size, then again one of them doesn’t have arms. I do think these are a bit pricey, but there really aren’t that many options for some of the designs from the game as far as modeling skills, I haven’t built volume one yet but have been doing a lot of the structure arts kits for Front Mission. They seem simpler in design compared to those and fewer tiny parts as well. They mostly slap together and don’t require much as far as glue. And Bandai could learn a thing about how to do weapons with no seam lines. The xenogears kits do look like there’s a bit of seam issues on legs and arms, but on the plus side at least the parts are small and don’t look super difficult. The ones in most of the promo pics didn’t even deal with the seams. to be honest, most hg and mg gundam kits have seam line issues. An airbrush some paint and a bit of masking putty should make pretty quick work of the painting process. But if you don’t have an airbrush and have any miniature skills then they are small enough that brush painting will probably be just as good. My experience with the structure arts kits has shown me that they’re a little more difficult than Bandai, but less difficult than Hasegawa. A beginner might have some issues, but they aren’t that complex, just complex to modern gunpla builders that have only built a Bandai kit from the last couple years.

My problem with the costumes is that they look too modern, but I’m not really looking at this as a serious film

They’d be stupid not to find a way to keep him. Most people are only interested in this movie because Keaton’s return. I don’t think they plan on him being the main Batman though

Moderoid has a survey in that section for suggestions on kits, I threw in one for southern Cross just for fun. But I’d be extremely excited if they actually did something

I doubt it will help, but I put in for Mospeada and Southern Cross just in case. I would love some kits from those series, but I also know it’s more wishful thinking

I get the feeling that most tau designs are very anime inspired.

I could care less about Supergirl, but I’m hoping the Keaton Batman thing isn’t just some five or ten minute thing thrown into another multiverse mess movie

I had a weird feeling this wasn’t going to happen. They didn’t look perfect, but they didn’t look terrible or anything. And they kept teasing that they were about ready to ship. if they do sell off the ones produced, they could be some very rare items for Mospeada fans, or they could just be horrible junk
