  1. Frontier was awesome IMO, I actually now prefer it to SDFM and my beloved M7.
  2. Has anybody else's mid-strut hinge on the front landing gear become so loose that it folds at even the slightest movement.

Well, that was the easiest Bandai Macross pre-order in years for me.....haha.....phew!

Yes, just scored 2pcs at Ami Ami

Forgot, is the VF-2SS preorder at 3pm or 4pm Japan time today?

I'd definitely buy at least two VF-2JA.
  7. Most playable IMO are the 1/55 VF-1 and 1/65 VF-17.
  8. That's one of the things that bugs me about action movies, when the heroes fire high round counts but are not shown carrying spare ammo and never or seldom shown reloading. And if they do have mag pouches on their vests, they are obviously empty. And don't get me started on plate carriers without plates.....LOL
  9. This will be the first Transformers movie that my son and I won't go to see at the cinema. Thankfully he's lost interest in Transformers, so I don't have to go and suffer through it. Fool me 4 times, Michael bay, shame on you, fool me a 5th time, shame on me..........Hahahaha!
  10. Can somebody remind me what is the release date for the DX Lil'Draken sets, please? I think it's supposed to be 18th July IIRC? Thanks.
  11. To be honest, I didn't even know Lansay made copies of the 1/55 scale VF-1. Macrossworld's Carl Hoff (if he is still active on MW) may know more, as he is our resident expert on Lansay toys. Just did a bit of Google searching and came up with this French link, but that's all I could find: http://en-broc.blogspot.hk/2010/09/robotech-valkyrie-lansay-vf-1j-1985.html

Yay, finally some news on the HMR VF-22SS with SAP. Instabuy for 2.
  13. Oh, I'm sure I'll watch the Han Solo movie, but it's not a movie I ever wanted. Nor am I excited about it in any way. I'm not at all a fan of origin movies to be honest. For the most part they are completely unnecessary and often diminish a character. Now a live action Ahsoka movie, live action Rebels movie or an Obi Wan Movie staring Ewan McGregor, I'd be all over those.
  14. At that price, I hope the parts come pre-painted and pre-weathered. If that is the case, I just might buy it.
  15. I don't even have Twitter or Instagram installed on my phone anymore, deleted them a year or so ago. Too many bloody notifications all the time. The only social media I have left now is Facebook.
  16. I'd love a new Macross series or OVA that's a s brutal as Gundam Thunderbolt, but I doubt it will happen.
  17. Just watched episodes 5 and 6 of Gundam Thunderbolt OVA. Really enjoying it and I don't usually like Gundam.
  18. We already have Killjoys for a live-action futuristic bounty hunter fix. No to a live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop. They would not be able to do the source material justice.
  19. I'm one of the few people who didn't like the first Jack Reacher movie, although I've liked all of Cruise's other recent movies. I thought the plot of Jack Reacher was stupidly convoluted...........
  20. Three episodes in and still not sure I like it either. And I loved Legion and Westworld
  21. Just watched episode 5 & 6 of Gundam Thunderbolt. We NEED a Macross OVA in the same style.

    Bandai DX VF-31

In the below screen shots from episode 6, you can see the beam-gunpod is somehow still mounted between the legs of the VF-31, even with the Speaker Pack in the deployed position. I'm guessing some sort of mounting bracket that attaches to the inner legs.
