    For me, Crystal Skull is one of those movies, just like the Pirates of the Carribean sequels, that I have never been able to sit through without falling asleep............LOL

    Saw it two days ago and thoroughly enjoyed it, although I didn't think it wasn't quite as good as the first one. My son thought the same also. Can't quite put my thumb on exactly why it wasn't quite as good though. Visually it is a stunning movie.     Hmmm......it actually had me wondering why Elizabeth Shaw would even want to go to the Engineer's homeworld? I mean after experiencing the horrible events in Prometheus of being impregnated with an Alien, having my partner and all my crewmates die, I'd by like screw this, I've got a working starship, I'm gong back home to Earth where it's safe.

    Not normally a fan of the HMR VF-1 series, but just had to pre-order the Messer VF-1S HMR from HLJ, the paint scheme looks so cool.

    Yeah, next Monday and Wed are actually public holidays here in Hong Kong, so lots of time to play with my new VF-31F But then I'm having my Wisdom teeth removed next Thur, so not looking forward to that......urghhhhh!

    My first VF-31F arrived from AmiAmi at my office this morning The Second one from NY just shipped from Japan today. I'm happy as I've got one to play with for the long weekend.

    As long as Kawamori still does the mecha designs for the new series, I don't mind if others do the story writing, directing etc.

    I seldom display my toys in Gerwalk mode, just not really a fan of the look. Oh, I understand the practicality of the mode in certain scenarios, such as for urban combat, and rescuing idols......LOL, but I far prefer the look of fighter and battroid modes. I'd say 60% of my VF toys are displayed in fighter mode, 30% in battroid mode and only 10% in Gerwalk mode.
