  1. I seem to remember at the time the PG Millenium Falcon was announced, Bandai also made an announcement about die-cast vehicles, but nothing was shown.
  2. Did I dream it, or was there an announcement earlier in the year that Bandai was going to make die-cast Star Wars vehicle toys?
  3. Pretty funny movie, saw it with my wife and son on Christmas Eve. We all really enjoyed it.

Could somebody please post some clear photos showing how to attach the included stand adapter to the VF-2SS in fighter mode with SAP attached. For the life of me I can't figure it out and the instruction sheet doesn't show how to attach the adapter to Fighter mode with SAP attached. I'm guessing you have to use the Gerwalk mode stand adapter, but I was fiddling worth it last night and couldn't work out how to attach it.

So for the Tamishi stands, it has to be either the Stage 5 or the Trident stand? There are so many different types of Tamashi stand it's a bit confusing.
  6. Hmm..........so are they going to base Micronauts more on the comic or the toy line?
  7. 2018 is nearly upon us and there's been sod all in the way of news or updates about this new series.
  8. Definitely not feeling the new Bandai version at all so far. Wishing they had stuck with the 1/35.

    Bandai DX VF-31

I've always thought that Macross is somewhat realistic in that new VFs are introduced into service fairly infrequently and do have a long development lead time. Unlike Gundam, where they seem to get new MS every week (Ok, not quite that bad, but it seems like it......LOL)
  10. Hmmm..................I can't just chose one for each, as I Iove evey Valk in Fighter mode and none in Gerwalk. LOL. Favorite Fighter modes in no particular order: VF-1, VF-2SS w SAP, YF-19, VF-19F, VF-17. VF-31, VF-25. Favourite Battroid Mmodes in no particular order: VF-1, VF-2SS w SAP, YF-19, VF-19, VF-17. VF-31, VF-25. Favourite Gerwalk modes in no particular order: None.

    Bandai DX VF-31

I actually had a chance to snag one from NY yesterday, but when i saw the final price converted into my currency, common sense prevailed for once and decided to pass. I want one, but not that much.......especially also gotta pay for 2x VF-31A in the near future.

Received my two VF-2SS yesterday. Only had time to open one and attach the SAP in battroid mode, but I'm liking what I see already. Joints are nice and tight, it poses well and looks great. My initial impression is that this is the VF-2SS toy I've been waiting 25 years for and it's far superior to the Evolution Toys version. Of course, I'd prefer a larger scale with less parts-forming, put for the size I'm loving it. Will try transforming my other one to fighter mode at the weekend.
  14. Honestly, I'm not liking the proportions of the shoulders and chest at all. I far preferred the look of the 1/35 prototype they showed a few years ago.

    BANDAI DX YF-19!!

I've kind of soured a bit on my Bandai VF-19 Advance, due to the front landing gear mid-strut hinge getting super loose, so that if you breath on the Fighter mode, the front landing gear collapses

Be great if they eventually did a VF-2JA also.

    Macross VR

Probably vaporware at this point as there's been no further announcements since February.
