    DV Mustafar AE looks nice... limited to 4k, comments on fb groups were stating this is based more on the ROTS movie version while the Japan SWCelebration version was more like the Asoka series version based on the color of the eyes... 🧐 I think I only watched the Asoka series 1x and will have to rewatch it. Anyhow... the eyes are swappable on both versions of the AE. Also swappable on the regular version, yet which is the only version that comes with blue and 'sith' eyes.

    They did. Work on season three was delayed something like seven months due to the combined effects of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. What they seem to be implying there is that the delays caused by the strikes forced them to rush to get the scripts together for season three and get filming started, resulting in the decidedly sub-par scripts they ended up using for a lot of season three. Kind of like how the writers strike of 1988 led to TNG season two being shortened by four episodes, reusing a Star Trek Phase II draft for the season opener, and making the final episode of that season a clipshow.

    No, I never said that, no one asked before. I model with a caliper, meaning I take measurements with a caliper and create a 3D model based on those measurements. Literally trial and error. Generally, these small pieces come out in one shot. But for example: I'm currently testing a new resin to print the articulated 1:48 Mospeada soldiers. And it's giving me quite a headache. It's not ready yet 🥵 soon...

    Sorry if you discussed this already, but how did you make the hard point attachment pieces? Did you use a 3D scanner?

    A Mangaka's Weirdly Wonderful Workplace has "Comedy" listed as its genre. So why do the characters spend more than half of each episode depressed and/or crying? Seriously. This is the most depressing comedy I think I've seen since Watamote.

    @xwing The "Beast" looks great, it's a good day to be a Mospeada fan right now! Also, the STAR WARS ROOM sign is a great touch. That stairway in your house is giving me flashbacks of a place I rented back in Reseda, CA years ago. @Mog The Red Tread is underrated, and more pictures are always welcomed!

    The Evolution Toy VF-2SS is terrible. You can watch jenius’s review on his YouTube channel or read up on it here: https://anymoon.com/blog/?p=10212 The Hi-Metal R ones are serviceable but they capture neither the sleekness nor the transformation of the VF-2SS accurately. jenius’s review is here: https://anymoon.com/blog/?p=10337 The one fatal flaw that the HMRs have is that the canopy cover doesn’t sit properly on top of the cockpit so it always looks super odd. I also don’t like that the arms just sit there in fighter-mode and don’t conform to the fuselage in any way. They are also secured by my eternal nemesis, tabs that fold in to hide them. This makes the toy much more fiddly to handle in fighter mode than they need to be. Overall a lot of the negative aspects of the HMRs come down to its small size. It is a good release, much much better than the Evolution Toy ones. But it is not the high end, super fancy and accurate rendition of the VF-2SS that I ultimately want.
