    It's for small business, not too demanding tasks. running quickbooks, a bit of light photo editing for ads, IG posts, handbrake for videos but mainly battery life and a good trackpad since I have to travel and present and don't want to carry a mouse. love to game on it but that's optional.

    We can't talk about British SF influences without mentioning Chriss Foss. One of the most prolific and unique SF artist since the late 70s. You couldn't walk into a bookstore without noticing one of his wild cover illustrations back then. He was part of the Jodorowski Dune design team and contributed some preliminary art to the Alien movie. To this day, I'm waiting for a big SF production to fully utilize his style.

    Such a huge missed opportunity! Definitely would've nabbed a copy. Welcome to the Speed Champions rabbit hole! These sets are brilliantly executed in small affordable packages. IMHO, they offer some of the best building experiences for the size and price. I'm not a car guy, but there's certainly an allure to all these supercars, and while they don't always achieve a perfect capture, given the limitations of the medium, the designers acquit themselves quit admirably. As to Bond cars, they've already done the classic Aston Martin DB5, so hopefully that opens the door for more.

    Thanks Big s & Morgen Black!!! I went with Nin-Nin-Game Love the chunkyness of the rider boots and bike. The printed eyes looks exactly like the anime. Thank God a company went without the cloth!! Feet pegs finally make a comeback. .... curious Couldn't seem to see any exo arms like the Beagle. But I don't care if the Moderoid doesn't have that. Fascinated to see the transformation whether to be PT or parts-former? Hope there's a time-lapse video of the build or transformation upon release.

    Another great set of figures, and made even better with your photography. I'm liking how prize / UFO catcher figures these days have generally upped their quality significantly whilst remaining wallet friendly.

    I always buy two or three identical kits of the same model. I build one, and I carefully store the other two to build them later like in three or five years, when I will have developed even more modeling skills. All you need is passion to begin with

    Congrats on being able to get one at a somewhat reasonable price! Saving on shipping is a large sum! And it's a keepsake, to your visit to Japan.... So when you play with it you can always thinks about you're experience trying to hunt one down! 👍🏻

    If this will be used solely for work, I would not care about what GPU it comes with as long as it can handle 2-3 external monitors at 4K 120Hz (which either will do). If some gaming will be thrown in, the Intel Arc GPU will likely last you longer but the 780M is more than capable of 1080p gaming. Productivity tends to favor Intel CPUs more than AMD. But yes, some more context will help. If you don't want to say what you do exactly, just the general field of work will do. Any laptop could do Powerpoint/Excel/Word/Office so that doesn't really help narrow things.

    Oh nice! I'm loving this little build (my first Speed Champions) it's so amazingly designed. Now that I see the Knight Rider truck, we need the Doc Enterprises white truck to go with the Delorean! There needs to be the white Lotus Esprit from the Spy Who Loved Me that parts swap to the sub!!!

    So I just got back from Japan and was able to find a couple places with Roy's GBP. One store had 2 of them at 62,980 yen. It was a smaller shop in the same building as Ami Ami. Then I was able to find another one at Trader Akiba at 49,800 yen. Obviously I ended up getting that one. Figured with the exchange rate, tariffs and shipping I was still making out better than waiting for April release.
