  1. Past hour
  2. I agree. In battroid doesn't quite come together, and looks very insect like. But plane mode is really all I care about.
  3. Today
  4. from WF2025 summer
  5. The Pose+ is really tempting. I'll have to see where all it ends up for preorder as I don't think they are shipping to the US currently.
  6. As do the instructions: I can always print more. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  7. Kinda. Hook's backpack shifts, so there actually is a gap and his head is inside it. I don't disagree, and it's a common complaint. The designers explained that it was necessary to leave enough space between Scrapper and Mixmaster and have Devastator stand in a neutral pose. All that said, while I won't do a full review and get into all the pros and cons until he's finished, I did put together the one-armed, one-legged Devastator myself, and it feels much more solid than the Combiner Wars one. Don't know really yet if it's fair to say he has better articulation, but quality of the joints is better, the connections between Hook and Long Haul are better, I think the connections between Bonecrusher and the rest of the torso are a bit better, and the whole gestalt should be much easier to pose.
  8. Thatโ€™s an interesting transition. Very reddish from the top view, but more greenish towards the bottom
  9. This model kit is a pain! Ha! Built the leg backwards, gauged the plastic! Sat on it! Twice! I just painted it somthing, still gonna give it washes, etc.
  10. What are you impressed by? My eyes are always drawn to the black cavity in his chest (that is the top Hooks head right?) and the odd connection between the thighs and the feet (it looks like Scrapper should slide a couple of mm inwards).
  11. It's kinda cute. If the price isn't too egregious I could definately see it making a good desk buddy.
  12. Watched Episode 3... the only dislike is the gold bling these particular Klingons wear. Other than that, very good episode. Anyone wants to guess that Ortega leaves Star Fleet (as opposed to normal way Red Shirts leave)?
  13. โ—Gundam Wing 30th Anniversary illustration inspired by the classic artwork was revealed. โ—Commemorative video titled "Mobile Suit Gundam Wing โ€“ Operation 30th โ€“" directed by Toru Iwasawa available on GundamInfo, the official Gundam YouTube channel. โ—Gundam Wing illustrator Sakura Asagi and screenwriter Katsuyuki Sumisawa team up for a new manga series commemorating the 30th anniversary of Gundam Wing that bridges the gap between Endless Waltz and Frozen Teardrop, with chapter 1 available to read online now. โ—A theatrical re-release of Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz will arrive in Japanese and American theaters. โ—Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans 10th Anniversary project announced, reuniting key staff members from the original series including Director Tatsuyuki Nagai and the main cast of Mobile Suit Gundam Ironโ€Blooded Orphans Urdrโ€Hunt. โ—A theatrical release of a special compilation film Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt โ€“ -Path of the little Challenger- releases in Japan this year. For American audiences please follow us for official information about the release.
  14. I liked it a lot! Felt the story was good and straight forward, without too many other side plots muddling it up. The acting hit all the marks, and I really liked the feelings evoked by the performances. 8.5/10.
  15. testing out new iphone thingy...
  16. Yeah, I have zero interest in this, but that might actually get me to pay attention.
  17. Devastator is coming along nicely and I'm impressed.
  18. Even if I had P+ I still would not be inclined to watch this. Then again when I had P+ the only show I bothered to watch in the last couple years was SNW.
  19. Shawn

    1/55's revisited

That is amazing work, and is a perfect match
  20. Sweet space where all the magic happens! Keep the updates coming. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  21. Watched HAPPY GILMORE 2 on Netflix. It was good nostalgia fun. Ton of cameos tho.
  22. I kept my expectations low, and I am somehow still disappointed. After Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Picard spent literal years in a race to the bottom of the ratings to see who could dethrone Star Trek V: the Final Frontier as the franchise's lowest rated installment, only for Discovery's short-lived triumph to be eclipsed by the disaster that was Star Trek: Section 31, here's this hot mess to show that no matter how low the bar gets Alex Kurtzman still thinks he's at a limbo contest. My key takeaway from this trailer is that they're going to try to sell this one on the basis of fanservice... what with the lingering shots of the "James T. Kirk Pavilion" at Starfleet Academy, a presentation on "The Fate of Benjamin Sisko", Voyager's EMH Mark I, a female Jem'Hadar officer, and a wall full of the names of past characters and actors including a bunch of deep cuts and random choices like Alonzo Pressman (the evil admiral from "The Pegasus", Peter Preston (Scotty's nephew who dies in Wrath of Khan), Sito Jaxa (the one Bajoran ensign who dies in the TNG episode "Lower Decks"), and the like.
  23. This build seems to never end. But the arms are good. Now onto more detailing and control panels.
  24. I'm optimistic on it. The original Omega Supreme and Sky Lynx, whose molds came from the company Toybox, got their first releases in Japan with the 2000s Encore line. Something similar perhaps could happen here.
