  2. The eBay listing is live: https://www.ebay.com/itm/167683570826 (At a higher price to offset eBay fees) Etsy sometime soon. Prices will be in the same range. I have also posted a thread in the for Sale & Trade section (will link, pending approval). Although it has been a while since I've sold here on the forums I should still be on the straight-shooters list.
  3. You know, I've always wanted one of these: Well actually, two. 😉 They're great for expanding the SDF-1 displays, and extending the lore, too... Haven't you always wondered what this would've looked like? I also wanted to give you a clearer look at the tiny Destroids I've printed up: Gotta pull out my trusty macrofocus lens for close-ups, since the detail is too small to photograph without special equipment (and impossible to see with the naked eye). Yeah, I know there weren't any Spartans depicted on the SDF-1, but I didn't want them to feel left out. 😅
  4. Hey! I did put some qualifications! Obviously, never say never. But at this point, it’s probably going to only be 3.75” figures being added to the collection. This is likely the last mecha hurrah for me.
  5. Can it grip it? Yep! And I don’t need the trigger extension like with the Toynami Beta: As you can see, the head doesn’t exactly turn much without having a heavy tilt. So, the Toynami wins out on that front. But yeah, just went through a solo bomber transformation process. Absolutely ingenious how they fit the landing gear in there and incorporate tabs to keep everything locked in. Digging how everything tabs or hides with this rendition. Lot of nice little improvements everywhere with the design. The chest is not as wide and “beefy” as the Toynami. But the Sentinel’s bomber mode is definitely less gappy than Toynami’s, as a result. Sentinel’s forearms are also slightly bigger and not as rectangular as the Toynami’s. Gonna snap some bomber comparison pics now.
  6. Looking at getting all of my Hasegawa loot out of private warehouse. Can't seem to get any options , other than EMS and air. I'm probably gonna continue to wait it out , as hlj seems to be fine holding my loot.
  7. Today
  8. If I had a dime for each time I've heard this or said it myself I'd have two whole stuffed crust pizzas. Awesome pickup!

  10. The wording on Reuters may be strange in this but from what I read on New York Times and other news outlets, those countries that are in the postal network will be the ones that are charged either the ad valorem duty or the $80-$200 specific tariff. in terms of forums, I don’t see a general forum thread and the Toys section is the closest I could find since this affects our purchases.
  11. The Limited Blueberry Type is cancelled for lack of interest; the standard searchlight version will be shutting down production in the next week-10 days.
  12. as long as he makes enough to bank role Alita II (please!!!!!!)
  13. Key phrase, "outside of the international postal network", Japan, China, are both part of the UPU so this shouldn't affect anything we buy. This is also the wrong forum for this post.
  14. So, barring any reasonably priced, holy grail item being released. . . Like the Voltron Fleet of Doom Robeast combiner, Or the Legendary Defender Sincline combiner, Or a Legendary Defender Voltron under $500, Or a 1/3000 scale TV-Style SDF-1, Or a nicer 1/60 scale VF-17D, This is probably my last large-scaled mecha ever:
  15. ALPS printers... It's been many years since I last attended Wonder Festival, which was just weekend (the one in Chiba, not Wonder Fest in Kentucky (although I did get to go there once about 9 years ago)), but there was one dealer who was selling ALPS printers. I have no idea if they even make ink for those printers anymore. I've only encountered one, when I worked at Aoshima. I think you have to tell it to print white and then the colors on top of the white. I don't know what software is used or if that is just a button you can press on it. They had a laptop running Windows XP just to use that printer, since they are only 32-bit compatible. With the way 3D printing is becoming so popular, it's hard to believe that there isn't such a printer these days for people to make their own decals affordably. I wouldn't mind getting one. As it is, I've only really just done decals for lighter-colored models and such.
  16. https://www.reuters.com/world/us-ends-tariff-exemption-all-low-value-packages-2025-07-30/ “Under an executive order signed by President Donald Trump, packages valued at or under $800 sent to the U.S. outside of the international postal network will now face "all applicable duties" starting on August 29, the White House said.” “Goods shipped through the postal system will face one of two tariffs: either an "ad valorem duty" equal to the effective tariff rate of the package's country of origin or, for six months, a specific tariff of $80 to $200 depending on the country of origin's tariff rate.” I wonder if the $80-$200 tariff will be per item or per package. This is going to suck for all the upcoming preorders coming out at the end of the year.
  17. @captain america: Is this still available for purchase?
  18. Yikes I paid more than half that to order this same figure. Dang BBTS... what's up with that?
  19. Yesterday
  20. Oh, knock it off... it's not like Star Trek characters haven't been recast with a non-lookalikes before. As long as they're visually in the ballpark and can give a good performance, who cares? Anson Mount is the fourth actor to play Captain Pike, and none of them look the same. At least there's a semi-compelling explanation for why Pike and M'Benga don't see the warning for what it is. Having finished the episode, it's not bad. Not great, but not bad.
  21. @nightmareB4macross Looking sharp!
  22. Shield hero was great today. Way to go Fohl. Atla is no slouch either.
