UPDATE: Slapped together the Naboo fighter from Star Wars: Then I got to thinking about it: what if I really made this something unique? SO, I took it back apart and stripped the chrome off the parts: Then I got to work: Still needs work (paint to cover the "clown colors, etc.); not sure which franchise I'm leaning towards, but I'd like to aim for Star Trek with this. LD Stay Tuned...

No, I'm not overthinking it. I just explained why that real world term they obviously did not bother to look up before using it in the story is wrong. 😉 Then I did a little bit of theorizing about what narrative purpose this never-before-seen-or-mentioned second Starfleet service academy is meant to serve. Back before the Kurtzman years, Star Trek used to have a fairly robust research team whose job it was to prevent issues like that by checking terminology, making sure that science in the series aligned to real world science as much as possible, etc. Their absence is keenly felt in this new Trek era.

I thought they stopped manufacturing UHD drives? Isn't the aftermarket the only way to find one now? -

Man, I hate this three waves a year crap. I went from needing a spreadsheet to keep track of all my preorders down to just a few Pulse exclusives. Used to be preorders for the next wave would start popping up around the time the current one hit shelves. Well, if you're wondering when we might be hearing some news, I'm told that there will be big Studio Series and Age of the Primes reveals at the New York Toy Fair, and preorders will happen on February 17th.- 18009 replies

A good review of PGU Nu Gundam, overall it's pretty impressive. As a big fan of Nu Gundam, it hurts to say that I'm going to give it a pass for now. I just don't seem to have the time, energy or patience, not to mention space for this type of stuff anymore.

Now that's a mean looking Glaug! Interesting that it's using a targeting pod. Very cool. -

And that is why Bumblebee is the best of the Transformers movies and, IMO, the only real one. Honor the source material (though you don't have to be strict about it adherence) and concentrate on a good story. It's a simple formula that people still mess up. -
She left him with an extremely protective 'uncle,' so in that she was alright. And, as I understand it, this movie is going to be about her getting beyond the pain of her past.

Uhh no.. After playing with the 25F Armored, I never brought this Famima variant out of Fighter, as the handling in Gerwalk & Battroid is pretty atrocious lol. We can see how it looks like in these modes though from our favorite reviewer:

I'm thinking your overthinking it. Some writer heard the term War College, thought it meant college, and threw it in.

It definitely helps to involve people that have love for the source in some cases. I always kinda felt like the bayformers or fox X-Men just wanted a cash grab rather than trying to bring beloved characters to life. -
