The descent imager camera doubles as a spectral radiometer - which, in English, means it should be capable of registering light wavelength, i.e. color. Mind you, I being the pessimist, thought that something might go wrong (ranging from it didn't work to the parachute not opening), but I'm quite happy to see what Titan looks like. Hope for colour pictures soon... So, next we send a rover to Titan? If so, we'll need to figure out a way to power the thing, as solar panels won't cut it. Would it be possible to have the rover use the atmosphere of Titan to power it? I was actually hoping the probe would land in a Titan ocean, but the fact that it made it there and actually landed and managed to send back over an hour's worth of data is a very impressive feat to me. I was disappointed when I found out the Mars rovers didnt have microphones, since the last probe before them did but was lost before it could be used. They had divers from National Geographic taking pictures of the site and commenting that they were pretty convinced that it was man made. Of course, they trotted out a geologist who tried to debunk it, but he didn't come off very convincing to me. But then they brought out Graham Chapman who really doesn't have a lot of credibility, but has some great theories about ancient cultures.
