    Made a trip for the 1st time in Hongkong back in 1997... It was coincidentaly 15th anniversary of macross... so I bought as many bandai models I could, Folded the boxart flat and put the plastics and manuals in a large plastic bag ^^ The HK dollar was in my favour lol... aprox 9 times cheaper!

    of all the big ones like macross, mospeada, gundam... Votoms storyline is so different and versatile. It was way out of my expectations! Lol probably the most violent of all in 1983... in some rare cases women and children getting killed. I'm suprised Chirico had a dark past he may well been a butcher as member of the red shoulder participating holocaust.^^ Though watching the kumen series reminds me alot of the movie "Apocalipse now". yeah I like it! It's dark and down to earth! After that, Merowlink as dessert! (awesome anti-AT rifle concept)

    AT Votoms TV series 1 - 22 Very nice and complex story. Can be cruel at times in terms of killing innocent people but that's the result of 100 years of war. The mecha is pretty cool and it's probably the most lowtech realistic i've ever seen. Of all the anime around that year, this one has the best story.

    Watched a few Votoms ova on youtube... quite impressive anime! The story and atmosphere is quite sinister. The theme and ending music is amazing.

    hmmm... fallout3 world is a bit small.. I got used to travel village to village in oblivion. Thirst I thought Megaton was just one of the many wasteland villages.

    Lol the "dad" thing is kinda itching... if you had a dad you were looking hard for him too They should make him untraceable till you reach a high level or complete a great percentage of quests.

    Lol I finished the game... pretty short and too bad there's no option to continue after the end... I have to play this game in a different way in order to play other missions I left out unintendidly. But in overal... this game is screaming out Mospeada waisteland and similar characters in a way.

    Too bad there is a limit selling stuff to a single merchant. Lol... made same mistake. Either entered the museum of history or the subway beneath it... doh, the museum of tech was across the trenches.

    hmm I do recall the old man... he's gone. The only ammo which is easy to come by are .34 rifle rounds..(or .38?) But mostly got them by killing supermutants. Hmmm I haven't tried selling scrapmetal to the ghoul (krusty the clown lol) in washington.

    ROFL, I replaced all the ingame music with the mospeada soundtracks BGM and the radio with Yellow songs! I'm suprised how well the tracks fit into the wasteland settings and battle scenes. Stick Bernard is feeling down right now... quest is not going to well. Gonna have a drink. ("Blue Rain" playing on the background heheh)

    Ye.. few quest bugs there is. For example the one where you have to deliver the letter back to lucy at megaton or locate the Family, the show location link is not active. So I'm forced to find my father.. Yes, the arrowpointers are unclear and annoying... I spent 3 hours locating the washington monument, each time a few yards away and yet have to go through the subway. (rather climb/crawl through rubble) Actually.. this is a pretty negative point from the devs. Why should you struggle to get to a designated marker on the map if you have never been there before? Why not place a few road/street/metrostation signs place few peds around to give/point directions every waypoint?

    lol I hate gouls... I mean the ones that are totally mutated in the subways. It's pretty funny if you shoot a lasergun or rifle in VATS mode... it really sounds like the laserguns in Mospeada But I see modding potentials for the heavy power armor suits. Could be modded to ride armor suits.

    lol I created a "Stick Bernard" character... the longer I play this game the more ressemblance I see in Mospeada like survival enviroment. His 101vault outfit sure looks like a marsbase one.

    Nah.. only the armpegs for the hands can be a pain in the ass. Not sure if slides smoother with later productions.
