true! true! You only need 4 of each if your intent is too display them in each mode and keep one mint in box. I dont know about others but heres is why I have so many. 1) maybe yamato will go out of business. I will have a lot of stock, and in turn, charge you guys 10x the retail price to buy them from me. 2) Im going to hire some people to add mods to the 1/48s. Once I figure some good mods to add, then I will have a lot of stock valks to add the mods too. Instead of finding out a few years from now that we have this great idea, but now we can not buy valks anymore because yamato is out of business. I have enough valks now that it would even be worth the price to start a production line to mod the valks. For example, if I figured out a way to add lights to the wing tips. Or maybe sometime in the future, there will be some technology where we could add even greater detail to the valks. So for now, I just buy them and store them. 3) I just have so much money and I like valks, so I buy a bunch. When you have money, there does not really have to be a good reason.

#1 - Im a big voltes v and macross fan #2 - I got a lot of money + I like me some toys = I buy a lot of toys #3 - this particular opportunity for the voltes v set may be a one shot deal, so I wanted to buy an many as I could. I dont plan on selling any. Not unless I absolutley need too. There is also business reasons wich would require too lengthy of an explanation for this post. I dont know why everybody hatin so much. yeah, I got like 50 voltes v. I wanted to buy 300, but bandai limited me to 50. I actually have a picture this time since all this stuff was sent to my house instead of my warehous. Because I paid cash or bank transfer and I didn't buy these under my corporate account like I do with the 1/48 that get sent straight to the warehouse. so for all you haters and perpatrators: amount of money I wanted to spend: $30,000 amount actually spent: just under $8,000 BTW......my yamato valk count is nearing 2,000 pieces now.

yeah, like mentioned above, living in the L.A. area, you are around actors all the time. I also went to hollywood high school. Nobody famous at that school when I went there. Just a bunch of gangs. You would think it would be cool to go there, but it was a dump. Then again, a majority of hollywood is a dump anyway. One thing I have learned growing up here in hollywood and being around actors so much is that THEY ARE DUMB. Lord K.
