Bolt Posted March 19, 2023 Posted March 19, 2023 I'm not sure, but apparently the Megaroad-01 he built was not a 3D print..
bzwacks Posted March 19, 2023 Author Posted March 19, 2023 Added some more details and weathering to the Prometheus.

bzwacks Posted March 19, 2023 Author Posted March 19, 2023 Some last details on the Daedalus. I will call this 99.9% done for now. Once it gets settled into it's new home, I'll decide if I want to go through the ordeal of printing out some of the proportional adjustment parts. For reference, that would be the lengthened mid section of the main gun and reprinting the legs with a little more width ( aka girth).
bzwacks Posted March 20, 2023 Author Posted March 20, 2023 For those that are curious, here is a comparison of the current ( one that was actually 3D printed on the right ) vs. the future ( corrected proportions on the left ) SDF-1 Models. I will print only the parts that were revised, but it's still about 14 parts. It will add probably about 4-5 inches in overall height.

Great work.
Thom Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 On its own, it already looks really good. but once you show the intended changes, then yeah, it's gonna look even better!
bzwacks Posted April 2, 2023 Author Posted April 2, 2023 (edited) BEEFY! Finally got around to printing the revised parts. Up next... sand, fill, paint, repeat. Edited April 2, 2023 by bzwacks
Kicker773 Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 I don’t have a 3d printer but if this or a version of this is available for purchase lmk.

I *do* have 3D printers and would love to make one myself, but @bzwacks hasn't let us know yet if he'll make the files available at some point. A lot of work went into the design and I would understand if he wants this to be a one-off creation. I'd also be very sad...but would understand.

I have a lot of work to do still in terms of greeble and detail painting, but now the proportions feel right and to my liking. Compared to the image above, it's night and day in terms of proper scaling. I still have one pet peeve left, which is the ARMD carriers now feel a tad short. That will be the very LAST thing I do and THEN, I'll be done.

Grey728 Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 I need an update on this thread please! Amazing work!
MaxSterlingWallace Posted August 14, 2024 Posted August 14, 2024 Bro! What do I need to do to please get the print files for this? I am so disappointed in what is out there in size and then I saw yours and was amazed. I would add lighting effects to mine. It would be amazing. Please send me a message or let me know what you would want for these files. I know you put in a lot of work making them and so please give it some thought. Thanks.
Valkyrie Posted August 28, 2024 Posted August 28, 2024 I would absolutely pay for the files if he were to make them available for sale.
MisaForever Posted January 12 Posted January 12 I'm about to get my first 3D printer and would LOVE these files too! No pressure or anything. 😁
Radioguy Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I cannot imagine what this would cost to produce, but maybe I could see myself affording to buy one piece printed at a time...like a partwork? Speaking of which, the SDF-1 is MADE for Hachette or Fanhome/DeAgostini. I didn't do the VF-1S, 1701-D, BTTF Delorean, or K.I.T.T., but I would be on board for a transformable SDF-1. (TV version would be a little better, IMO).
