Well, at least they're preventing this problem from happening in the future with the VF-25G: "Start from this DX Chogokin, we would not receive any pre-orders. We only sell when this product is released. Please come and check for the updates of our stock in End of September, 2012. We are sorry for any inconvenient caused."

Since Bandai keeps jacking me left and right, I used the refund from my canceled YF-29 preorder to finally throw down for the VF-17S on eBay for $282 shipped.

Not sure if I can handle another eBay preorder since my YF-29 eBay preorder was just canceled. I'm just not ready for more heartache a few months from now. Still, that's a pretty good price...

Damn, just got an email from the guy I preordered from on eBay and he says he can't get the YF-29 but he's gonna check other distributors. I guess this just isn't meant to be...Yamato take my money!!!!

Funny you should ask this as I was just looking at prices on eBay to see if it's a good time to sell my extra VF-11B. They go for about $185 shipped on eBay at the moment. HLJ is about that price as well when they have a sale. You should definitely get one as it's one of the best Valks put out my Yamato and the design by Kawamori is still one of my favorites.

Let me chime in as well and say this series was awesome! Animation was spectucular and story had me hooked. I was one of those that got duped into buying all 6 HD-DVD/DVD hybrids with the art cards back before blu-ray won out. They never released episode 7 since I guess they weren't selling well at $50 a disc or so. Thus, I ended up buying the blu-ray set. My only problem now is what to do with the HD-DVDs...

New YF-29 preorders showing up on eBay too but they require payment in full for delivery at the end of June/beginning of July. Is it possible this thing's gonna be more widely available after it's re-release?

As far as I remember, the last Robotech Tour stop stated the Glaug is still on its way. The question of when is the tricky part as they're not allowed to say at this time and it's probably gonna be stuck on a boat in China like last year's Pod.

This made me laugh. I wonder what Cheetar thinks of Panthro's new arms. Still, the new episode of the season definitely delivered. Didn't really mind the Lion-O whining since he's still kind of a kid learning to be an adult leader, right? I felt the animation quality was lower than last season though...

Finally found every RID Prime toy x2 - one to open and one to store MISB. Definitely loving this line despite issues like Prime's non-tv accurate paint scheme and Arcee's huge wings. Still, surprisingly, I'm loving the Cyberverse Commanders line the most. Prime isn't too impressive but Bulkhead is a lot of bot for $8 from Target this week and Starscream looks tougher than Megatron. Can't wait for the vehicles. -

The 1/3000 SDF-1 is very tempting but I still need a YF-19 and either VF-25 Renewal. The 1/60 Fire Valkyrie is the cheapest I've ever seen.

Yup, that promo vid looks awesome. I too think that's Kai that popped up and hope the Delta Plus gets more screen time - I'm loving this suit more than the Unicorn. Omegablue, this series isn't perfect but it's a good series to watch and not just for the animation. I feel like the story is a little jagged and disconnected at times but I think it's a lot better than the recent non-UC timeline Gundam series.
