I was thinking of replying to the latest Pizza quotes..but why bother... I got bored so I did. I think Pizza just likes to insult people as much as possible without getting banned. I think Pete's post is right on the money. I already pointed out how he was wrong again so I'm sure he'll insult me more. Pizza I know you're reading this since you admitted as much in one of your posts. All I'm asking is for you to think about what you're going to write before you actually write it and try to be civil without all the name calling and insults.

So is the idea of Harmony Gold selling the entire Robotech franchise to Warner Bros. the current theory? After thinking about it, I have to say it totally makes sense especially with the reasoning from jasonc. Obviously, HG wouldn't want anyone putting Robotech in a negative light when WB is planning to acquire rights to make a LAM that they think will be "gangbusters". But the fact that HG is willing to do whatever WB supposedly wants by not releasing any new info may indicate that WB is hoping to take over total control of Robotech - I would think that as the owner of the property, HG would still be able to make any decisions it wanted to without having to get permission from WB. Afterall, Kevin is always saying how HG is now in the Hollywood playground and franchise buyouts happen regularly there. I admit I'm no expert on this kind of thing, but definitely an interesting topic of discussion. Maybe I should post this question on the Robotech forums...

my hikaru 1A has been cracked since it came out of the box. i put in a request to Overdrive immediately and after 3 months still hadn't heard anything. when i emailed them for an update they said Yamato is too busy to keep up with replacement parts. now it's about 5 months later (8months total) and still nothing...

Well, I take it back. Memo has now rubbed me the wrong way too. He asked for proof about the "hiatus" issue and I gave it to him. And then he asked who I thought I was to warrant getting updates about Shadow Rising so I pointed out that I'm the dedicated fan from day 1 and that's why I and other fans deserve some updates periodically. This just makes me regret buying all those Masterpieces and Super-Poseables cause that money could have been spent buying even more Yamatos than I already have.

Thanks for the support guys. I actually haven't been banned yet. Instead, Pizza just called me anti-Robotech though I love Robotech and Macross (Macross more of course) and Kevin called me ignorant. I guess I inadvertently called Kevin/HG liars and apologized explaining my thinking was based on the whole "hiatus" issue which Kevin blasted me for mentioning last summer. Still, I kind of like stirring trouble over there as Kevin and Pizza (I actually don't have a problem with Memo other than his use of all caps) keep thinking that only me and Whitehall have no faith in HG but when we write things there's usually a couple other people that jump on the "where's SR?" bandwagon.

This is my first real post here but I've been reading for years. I just got into another "discussion" with Kevin McKeever about how I think he's a liar regarding anything Robotech related. I always have to come here after posting at the Robotech site to remind myself why they annoy me so much over there.
