That looks fantastic! Did you get two 17Ds? If you wanted to make a proper Diamond Force display, I mean. Just gotta take care and make sure the tips aren't touching any painted surfaces. Shouldn't affect bare plastic. I did discover an exception. I had my Hi Metal VF-19 on a FP stand for only a day, and the tips of the stand left noticeable marks on whatever cheapo red plastic Bandai used.

Hikaru always returns, but his valkyrie not always. The HMR 1S looks really blue. Man I kinda wish I had purchased several 11Cs back when they were plentiful. It was a minor miracle I found my one at a good price. -
The model kits have always required more cheats than their DX counterparts due to their fragility and smaller scale.

I'd love to see every Frontier era valk released by Tomytec. That includes the the YF-30, which I consider part of the Frontier era, albeit at the very tail end of it, much like I consider the VF-4G part of the original Macross era.

That's a huge gap in the animation. The model kit folds much more closely and I expect the DX to have a similar design.

Oh I thought that was just the normal Arcadia white. I had a similar issue with one of my VF-1's feet coming apart due to lack of glue. Nothing that couldn't be quickly fixed with a dab of super glue. OMG noel doesn't have a VF-11? -

At this stage of the game, I'm fairly confident Bandai will have a better solution to the undercarriage than ET's terrible attempt. Bring on the SAP too!

Yeah, Ichiban Kuji figures are non-scaled and sizes vary wildly between different shows/lines. Like these Walkure releases are much smaller than most of the previous Sheryl & Ranka releases. But at least the sizing among figures in the same series should be close enough, i.e. I don't expect a future Makina release to tower over Mikumo or anything, though no guarantees on that.

They're a little bigger than Figuarts, but smaller than your average 1/8 anime figure. I'd say around 1/10 scale.

My Not Sheryl figure just arrived. I'll probably just pick up one of each Walkure from the Ichiban Kuji line and be done with it since the show was, er, not very good. Pictured together with my Not Ranka figure.
