Has anyone ever made a good SDF1 toy ? I know that matchbox did and the Taka one is ok. None of them are that detailed. If Yamato make one its gonna be very well detailed compared to the 80`s stuff. If its anything bigger than the 1/48 be prepared to sell any spare relatives you have to fund that purchase.

Well In the old thread ( before it got moved ) I said you`d get some interest on this. Mike (and all) Have you seen this page there are some great customs there and also some parts info for customs etc. I`d forgotten about it untill a web search brought it up.Rosario Love`s Valkrie Dream Flight Some of you will remember this from back in the day but to others it`s gonna be all new. I think one custom that would get everone going would be a 1/55 VF1-D as nobody make it anymore. I know that there would be intrest for it.

Im O.k with the prices at the moment as I only have a couple. I could have bought two in Japan earlier this year but resisted temtation that and the Release date for the zero was put back until the day after I went home. I just dont have the room at the moment. So I cant get anymore no matter how much I want them all (except the LV2). No matter your situation only buy what you can afford to. Just think todays "real" kids toys cost nearly tripple what they cost our parents in the 70`s and 80`s . So our kids are gonna have to be millionares to aford to buy the stuff from their childhoods when they are our age.
