Okay, but then you need to explain why you wouldn't just fire the bombs from a cannon? If inertia is the problem, why wouldn't you just connect the bombs to a launch mechanism so they can slowly get up to speed from a great distance away and then be plowed into their target? The whole macguffin was a biiiiiiiiiiiiig and unnecessary stretch. At least in ANH they explain that the strike requires great precision so a human needs to be involved. -
While I 100% agree that the bomb scene in TLJ made no sense, as did the later lack of bombing ability the First Order had when it came to the fleeing resistance, but there's always a million ways in scifi to explain something away so it's not worth being so hung up on. Someone industrious enough can always come up for an excuse for the way things are. Yes, it's wayyyyyy better when stuff doesn't so obviously rub everyone the wrong way OR when the story proactively explains the upcoming stupidity, but in the end, Star Wars has always been about "just accept this is how things work here" and not "Let's bring on some NASA folk to make sure we have any clue what we're talking about."

Why not include the scout regult with a regular regult? Wouldn't that make 100x more sense? I've been lobbying for gift-sets in the HMR line for a while and when they put one together it's just a total head scratcher.

I bet my Youtube channel would have way more subscribers if I just ranted constantly about how everything sucks. Like, if my DX VF-1 review was twenty minutes of me rage freaking over the disconnecting hip bar, I'd go viral or something.

Yeah, I'm not hounding them, every few weeks i have the same conversation with them. "There's probably a problem with my toy, will you check it out for me? If there isn't, I'll ship it. If there is, then can you either request replacement parts from the manufacturer who has acknowledged the issue or return the item for full credit." I only started adding the "return the item for full credit bit" as it's the only thing that seems to provoke a response from them. They always say "Sure, let us look" and then I'm sure they delete the email chain and move on with their lives

Man, Anime Export is making Nippon Yasan look like it has excellent customer service. Seriously, I don't even know what to do with AE right now.. They respond just enough to not progress toward a resolution.

It does say "and more" and we know they made a giant VF-1S for a display so Macross will be there. If it will be more than just a DX VF-1S... we shall see I could think of lots of VF-1 toys missing from my HMR universe and I would love to see HMR become the most complete Macross universe over time.

Negative, the 11C is not the same as that VF-X VF-11 (I think that one's an Aegis Focker custom). I do wish we'd see the Ravens scheme reborn on a DX or Arcadia toy.

It's called "Virgin Road" VF-1D, it's a 1/60V2 that sold awful but has since become a unicorn. -
They made like an eight foot tall VF-1S for the display... That's why you have the feeling it will be there.

The SD VF-1 was released under two company names before it was released under the Robotech license by KitzConcept. I don't recall KitzConcept doing anything prior so it's probably wrong to label them a bootlegger... They may have been founded by people who did third party stuff including the SD VF-1.
