    I really like the design and looks if the early FT/MT bots. I need to get me a Green Giant and a Ryu-Oh Dinoking to complete my Combiner Series collection. Sadly these lines seem to be dead. Which is a bummer since I would buy a Bruticus or Superion in that style.

    I adore that they added the extra paint on the missile warheads. Those is the extra little TLC that I love and something that was missing from the other releases (with the exception if the Armored VF-25 and YF-30). The fact that the green from the missiles goes on to the base of the bay not so much.

    Good review. I really like mine and hope Bandai announces the other three soon (or at least Kaname). while I like mine I think the movement in the kegs is limites in a way that is a detriment to the character. Mikimo can't cross her leg like on some of the drawings on the box which is a shame.

    I have the PE Xerxes and I really wish someone would knock off the Leonidas katanas because they are the one glaring omission of this toy.

    If the Bandai SDF-1 truly is 1/1800 scale it will be too big for my collection. Same goes for the SOC 1/35 VF-1J.

    Thanks for the review. I'm really miffed about MMC and their Insecticons since I passed on the FansToys ones in favor of these. Not they changed lines so they aren't in their "Masterpiece" line any longer and just seem to be unable to be released in any kind of way. Of course now that I would buy the FansToys ones they are out of stock. Bummer! In other news I ordered Perfect Effect Warden today because it seems to be right up my alley. Maybe I can give an update once my PoL ships in the next 4 months.

    I was in my local Lego store today and of course all slots for preorders where already filled. They said that they will have more available in Oktober. Oh well that leaves some time for saving up. [edit:] It also has a terrible price to parts ratio especially for Europe and especially since many of the parts are super tiny. I'm not sure it was necessary to push the parts count in this direction. The US and Canada prices are without sales tax right? Time to move to Oregon! I wonder if you can do anything with the landing gear.

    So how does ordering a set like this? I never ordered something that before. I assume it will be in high demand looking at the aftermarket prices of the first one. Is there a possibility that it will sell out in an instance and never comes back in stock loke some of the Macross Valkyries? Can I go to a Lego store and preordering a set? I don't want ti miss this one since I passed on the old Falcon.

    Yeah, there seems to be an issue with the style sheets. At least on my browser (Opera V 47.0.2631.71 ). The newer versions of Opera are using the Chromium engine so I assume the same issue must be present on the Chromium derivatives:

    I'm really baffled how rare Mirage's Valkyrie seems to be compared to how available the other toys from the line have been. Still no ideal situation though.

    OMG I'm gonna die if this comes true: I need to safe up for October. Thankfully the PE SDF-1 is due in April 18 and not November.

    That looks great. I'm a tad disappointed that the set doesn't come with a stand to hold all the weapons so I could display it with everything that is in the F91 box.

    You should stalk the shops at release day since there might be additional stock available. I think a Nexx release is a possibility either as a regular or web exclusive release. If the sales numbers are high enough you probably get one with a green and yellow stripe as an web shop exclusive.

    Does it say that in the text? I ask because I can't see the numbers in the images where they demonstrate the glow in the dark paint.
