    I have no interest in the 1/60 scale Nu Gundam even if I adore the design of that suit. But it needs to fit in line with with my other Metal Build Gundam so 1/100 is a must. Also could you imagine how much a 1/60 Sazabi would cost? It hurts me to say this but I would be really tempted if a KO manufacturer would shrink the Nu Gundam down to 1/100 scale.

    That makes me really sad. The kickstarter approach could've opened a possibility for a high quality Storm Eagle or Sting Chameleon, or, or, or....

    That is a crying shame. Seeing how important items are for the Metroid games the figmas should be a prime candidate for all kinds of repaints into other suits, different suit designs and weapon effects. I said it before I would gladly buy accessory packs with effect parts. I would love a Screw Attack effect or missiles/super missiles and bombs. Or the different Beam effects. Could you imagine how fun a Grapple Beam effect part would be that actually can be used to attach Samus to something. Missed opportunity GSC, missed opportunity.

    I wonder whats up with the gap between the canopy cover and the cockpit and the crossed PT wings in Battroid-Mode. Is this the way it looks or can be something done about it.

    I was at my local Lego store today and asked about the status of the UCS Millennium Falcon. They sad batches of 8 units are trickling in once and a while but they sell out almost instantly. They also don't know when you can walk into the store and buy one without stalking the store every day. On the positive side the sales guy said that the Falcon will have a full two year product run so I assume I will be able to buy one down the line if this is ture.

    Well they would stay there the whole winter and out of it in spring when I do the next collection swap. So the temperature variation would be kept to a minimum. My worries are those very cold winter nights where it goes well past the freezing point. I'm not sure if an extra layer of insulation would help a lot since they obviously don't produce heat to keep the temperature up inside. Maybe the safest are the FansToys bots who are enclosed in a block of styrofoam All the toys are in their respective boxes enclosed in another box. With a layer of insulation it might keep the worst of the cold outside... ...on the other hand maybe it would be best to keep the toys inside over the winter.

    See to me this is where my OCD kicks in. Funny enogh i put the same sticker there initially but had to replace him with a white backed one because it freaked me out looking at him.

    Thanks Mike for the review. I‘ve akso got Downbeat a few month ago and to me the biggest flaws are not the white „fenders“ on the rear but the ratchets for the outward hip movement and the swirly platic. I would rather have a flat gray plastic instead of the faux metallic one. Next year I need to find out how to paint those and make the paint resilient. While I put a Autobot sticker on him I noticed that the insignia spot is a plate that can be renoved which makes the sticker placement easier. What I don’t understand is why all the insignia spots on these 3rd party toys never fit any sticker sizes. This makes me mad!

    Quick question regarding toy storage and temperatures. This year I stored parts of my toy collection in an outside container that has no insulation against cold besides the thin walls. I winter it can get as low as -5° F (which is seldom but can happen) so can these temperatures damage my toys? If so do I need some additional measures against the temperatures?

    I wonder if the stires will put the preorders up right away. NY usually takes their sweet time for theirs.

    FT did a far better job than TFC back in the day. The Fanstoys one doesn’t look like a box underneath a plane to me.

    OMG I might need to get that... *looks at pictures* ...Silverbolt looks not that bad from the underside in jet-mode that is pretty awesome. I definitively need to get that. I wonder what David has to say about that undercarriage of the F-16.

    I'm soooo hyped for the VF-2SS I can't put it in words. The day the toy hits my PW I'm gonna immediately ship out the stuff to have the VF-2SS in my hands as soon as possible. I'ts gonna be Christmas in December.... ...wait what?
